Experienced totality for the first time here in Canada. No pictures or video can even come close to what it looks and feels like. Truly a wonderful experience
Notwithstanding the clouds in some areas we saw excellent views in Eagle Pass,The Texas Hill Country and Dallas. Texas is a huge state and provided many opportunities to view this solar eclipse.
I watched the NASA feed and skipped going into my town (we in NJ were expecting 90% totality). The NASA feed had no talking, and spectacular feeds of 6 cities in the path go into and come out of eclipse. An incomparable event, but I'm glad we don't have to hear the media speak again of "totality".

In Central Arkansas they predicted clouds but so glad they was wrong it was so clear! Totality was amazing and so beautiful! Just to short :( we had kind of a light purple sky!

I was 20 miles east of indy and the total looked like 7:30 to 8 pm...but extremely beautiful.

for me the eclipse almost went into totality but then just stopped and went back to the partial eclipse
Nope no darkness here. Where are they?? Weird
It's almost like the earth is not flat genus. The moon is not orbiting your area just like how it's probably nighttime for you and day for me
