There is a difference between cooking meat for a short time or over a longer time. If you have meat like a steak, that you only fry/grill for a few minutes it is far better to leave the middle pink/light red. If you grill it for too long it will become chewy and dry. On the other hand, if you have a piece of meat thats of a lower quality, you want to cook it for several hours, like you said in a pressure cooker, so the meat becomes tender. Every part of the animal can be cooked to be delicious, you only have to know how.

I'll agree that the climate of a region has an effect on flavour. The main factors, though, are feed and aging. Factory farming in North America definitely produces bland meat. But, get pasture-raised beef properly dry aged, and it's a completely different ball game. It may cost a premium but well worth it. 🍻🥩😋🇨🇦

@@Anonymous25012 I had a mixed grill in a pub, the steak was so overcooked, tough and dry, I couldn't even cut it. I could have strapped two to my feet and they would have made the most durable shoes ever
I thought the same thing.... a $400 steak would cost 112,000 PKR, not 7,000 PKR. And $25 for any steak dinner, much less one with Angus beef, is a very low price.
@@Marty4650 you're not considering the wages and the economical spectrum of that country. of course, its decently priced for someone who earns and lives in USD.
2:18 Mr. C understands that people eat with their eyes, and the smells along with the taste. I love this already. I hope he try’s to cook beef at home that is pink/ red in the middle. That’s how good beef is cooked here.
That is about $24 in US dollars today for that meal. Watching Mr. Chaudary give you a look when told the price made me chuckle. He and Dr. Tahir certainly had a good meal with that Angus steak.
$24 is actually quite a good price for such a beautifully presented plate. Here in Houston, the nice steak houses charge a minimum of $45 for a 16oz rib eye or 6 oz filet mignon, and that doesn't include anything but the meat itself! Costs extra for any sides or even garnish. And then it made me sad thinking that $24 would go so far to feed so many people back in their village. It really opens my eyes to costs of living in different parts of the world. I'm so glad these men got a chance to enjoy such a nice meal though!
Arbroath, Angus, Scotland is where I was born and lived most of my life! The Declaration of Arbroath is believed to be the first time a country ever declared nationhood in writing in 1320. The Scottish Saltire flag is the oldest in Europe, but highly likely also the oldest national flag in the world: officially adopted in 1385, but the legend dates back about 500 years previously 🏴
@ikke5212 : and what exactly are you denying here. No profile: an idiotic statement with no evidence, let alone a citation, when I've provably got the evidence, not only physically, almost in sight of my home. But historically preserved, and retained by the Museum of Scotland. Great video. Angus cows are found on farms rather than trying to balance themselves on a mountain. And if you order steak (or any meat) "well done" then it will arrive cooked fully inside too, so no pink. Keep up the great work!
Angus cattle originated in Scotland! It isn't some wild animal from North America that was domesticated. They were imported from Europe. The one thing that I wish for is that these wonderful and blessed men are given accurate information rather than just Google nonsense.
7000 rupees equals about $25 American. That's not too bad for steak with today's prices. The sauces wouldn't do much for me, but that beautiful rare steak made my mouth water!
I'm in agreement that the steaks were too rare but that is a preference. Lots of people like their steak mooing. I prefer Medium to Medium rare. 7000 PKR is very reasonable. It would be close to double that in a fine steakhouse in the USA.
They are in Dubai. No way that steak costs less than it would in the US. They claim it to cost 7,000 PKR.....and also claim it to be a $400 steak. These 2 things do not commute. If I can get $400 for 7,000 PKR conversion rate in Dubai Im hopping on a plane with some serious cash today lol
When I translated 7000 PKR to USD it said 24.88 USD. You cannot buy a fine steak in a nice restaurant for anywhere close to that where i live. @@mauriceireland5477

A little correction.... Aberdeen Angus is a black breed of cattle from Scotland noted for it's quality meat. My local butcher in Ireland breeds it on his farm, but my goodness it's no way as expensive as what the gents'meal cost. Glad the gents enjoyed it, it looked delicious. They are real gourmets, always ready to try new experiences. 😊😊😊
I priced it out in US dollars and it's only $24.88. That seems fine for a meal in a quality restaurant. If I buy Angus steak in my store (which I do), I can get a nice ribeye that's just under a pound for $9.70. I can get 4 nice burgers for under $10.
depends on where your at in the US , im from Ky its not known for cattle but in my small little town raising cattle is very common most of the county is rural cattle field with most being Black Angus. we have several local butchers and most of the non franchise Restraunts source there meet local i can get a good steak for half the price i could in my hometown in ohio.
Cows are female cattle. Most cattle (including angus) used for meat are steers. steers are castrated males. Uncastrated males are called bulls. The correct term is "Angus is a breed of beef cattle".
It’s very awesome to see these guys enjoy American food. He was also right about the sauce! Oftentimes the sauce CAN ruin the flavor of the steak so it was very cool that he noticed that! 👏
"Steak or MISTAKE?" That had me rolling. But he's got a point. It looks as though they simply cut up the meat and served it while the animal was still making noise. HOWEVER, I applaud them for getting out of their comfort zones and trying something new to them. This channel is simply brilliant, and I look forward to more fun, informative, HONEST videos.

I love how they strutted into the restaurant looking so handsome! So wonderful to see them experiencing the flavors of the "other side".
keep making great videos brotha i like 2 see u both having fun
I enjoy watching these guys try American food among others I like seeing them experience our food and by extension a part of our culture and I've enjoyed watching them want to try making some of our dishes and incorporating some of our techniques into their own cooking it has in turn made me want to try their food as well a lot of it looks quite good and somewhat similar to some of the things we have here.
It is also quite amazing how they are able to pick out all their individual flavors of the food that they taste. I feel like food is one way we can kind of all bridge our differences and appreciate our different cultures. I'm glad they are able to experience new things through the channel.
Medium rare is perfect for a quality cut of steak. Love Tahir ❤️
for you. a lot of people like it cooked
@@msabccbscnnoanfoxnews A proper medium or even medium rare is cooked. It's just cooked gently to maximize tenderness.
@@msabccbscnnoanfoxnews medium rare is cooked and it's objectively better for tenderness, taste, and digestion than any other preparation.
@@msabccbscnnoanfoxnewsNot really, most people like medium rare, well done takes away most of the flavour
@@Anonymous25012 I had a mixed grill in a pub, the steak was so overcooked, tough and dry, I couldn't even cut it. I could have strapped two to my feet and they would have made the most durable shoes ever
7000 pkr that's about $25 for Angus steak with fine dining presentation, that's actually a decent price. It looks good.
I cant believe UA-cam demonetized them . Even for s brief second. These men our a wonderful example of the positive aspects of the platform.😊
What? Why did they get demonetized?
They never said. I think they got it fixed. But they made a video a month ago explaining it. They were upset
7,000 PKR ($24 USA) is not very Expensive , but for Villagers its pretty Expensive.
I paid $25 Dollars in Japan for 100 gram of KOBE beef.
That look on Mr. Chaudhary's face at 5:55,had me laughing so hard.. He didn't like that sauce at all. I Love these gentlemen. ❤😊
I laughed as well, I wonder what the sauce was?
Highly intelligent. You can tell by how precise and descriptice they are of this experience.
Such a simple concept, but I just love these videos of people expressing pure joy.
So glad these two go to taste the life of luxery , that looked great steak
WOW! I don't think I have ever eaten a place this fancy--and I have been taken to dinner in some very upscale restaurants! Amazing experience.
The guys really loved this. The steak looks like it is not over cooked.
it was undercooked
nah... rare is the only way to have a steak in my opinion... but every one has their own likes.
Arbroath, Angus, Scotland is where I was born and lived most of my life!
The Declaration of Arbroath is believed to be the first time a country ever declared nationhood in writing in 1320. The Scottish Saltire flag is the oldest in Europe, but highly likely also the oldest national flag in the world: officially adopted in 1385, but the legend dates back about 500 years previously 🏴
wrong
@ikke5212 : and what exactly are you denying here.
No profile: an idiotic statement with no evidence, let alone a citation, when I've provably got the evidence, not only physically, almost in sight of my home. But historically preserved, and retained by the Museum of Scotland. Both facts are also widely published, all across the internet, in ancient, as well as new, records, reference books, and publications, held in multiple locations!
Yeah you’re still part of England.
@TrueFilter: no, and never were. I refer my ignorant friend to the Acts of Union 1707 which unites the Kingdoms into something called the United Kingdom!
www.parliament.uk/about/living-heritage/evolutionofparliament/legislativescrutiny/act-of-union-1707/
Heave seen them eat similar a few times on the channel, but this is finally a steak I can get behind. That steak looked like quality meat and fantastically prepared
Great video.
Angus cows are found on farms rather than trying to balance themselves on a mountain. And if you order steak (or any meat) "well done" then it will arrive cooked fully inside too, so no pink.
Keep up the great work!
I so love their reactions to everything!
They visited so many beautiful hotels and other places and still in every video they pretend like they are doing this first time 😂
their reactions are adorable. They probably had the best description of the artistry of fancy food I've ever heard lol, their descriptions were great.
The sauces wouldn't do much for me, but that beautiful rare steak made my mouth water!
thats also someones entire months earnings in Pakistan. that's why he's so shocked
These guys are awesome, love the tips of walking after eating and the warm fluids will try to keep that in mind more often
The Dr. must have a hallow leg to eat six steaks. 🤣🤣 Very nice video.🤗❤️🤍💙
That is a beautiful looking plate!!
Angus is a cattle type. I think you confused it with bison :))
Love these two gentlemen. Out on the town. God bless you. Enjoy.
I'm in agreement that the steaks were too rare but that is a preference. Lots of people like their steak mooing. I prefer Medium to Medium rare. 7000 PKR is very reasonable. It would be close to double that in a fine steakhouse in the USA.
Medium rare for me. My bro said he could never starve, as he could eat a sunburned cow! 😳 Really rare! 🤮
@@auntlinda7132 I’m with your bro!
If it bleeds, it leads!
Rare for me!!!
@@mauriceireland5477 theyre in pakistan on this video, you can tell by the architecture and people . he said it seems they're in dubai cause of the fancy decor of the restaurant. the $400 dollar is either a mistype or clickbait. 7000 is the right price
@@calendarpagethat's actually a reall good price considered how good the steak looked. $25 these days at restaurants get you a mediocre 8oz steak.
depends on where your at in the US , im from Ky its not known for cattle but in my small little town raising cattle is very common most of the county is rural cattle field with most being Black Angus. we have several local butchers and most of the non franchise Restraunts source there meet local i can get a good steak for half the price i could in my hometown in ohio.
Glad they enjoyed it so much! Medium rare is my preferred cook - seems like they prefer more medium/well.
I only eat KOBE Taitaki , its RAW beef Lightly seared.
I prefer mine to be med ti well.
Angus is a type of cow :) these guys are the best!!
Cows are female cattle. Most cattle (including angus) used for meat are steers. steers are castrated males. Uncastrated males are called bulls. The correct term is "Angus is a breed of beef cattle".
@@PhantomQueenOne wow......I bet you are a hoot at parties lol
@@mauriceireland5477 🤣🤣🤣🙄🙄🙄🤡
Angus is found in the mountains of America? lol! Angus cattle is found in all areas.
It’s very awesome to see these guys enjoy American food. He was also right about the sauce! Oftentimes the sauce CAN ruin the flavor of the steak so it was very cool that he noticed that! 👏
"Steak or MISTAKE?"
That had me rolling. But he's got a point. It looks as though they simply cut up the meat and served it while the animal was still making noise. HOWEVER, I applaud them for getting out of their comfort zones and trying something new to them. This channel is simply brilliant, and I look forward to more fun, informative, HONEST videos.
Their ignorance is so endearing. It's why this show is so great.
You fucking guys have a good time!
Next time let the waiter flex his skill and let him explain what theyre having and howt to eat it
Angus are farm raised in America they are not wild or in the Mountains unless the farm is located in the mountains 😉
I love love love this channel and the people in each video. So wholesome and wonderful and fun to watch! ❤
Why are people saying wholesome all the time?
I enjoy these people thoroughly. From a white Farm boy, from the USA..
Alhamdulilah.
It's a great fortune to be able to afford such things.
While others eat it on a regular basis.
Can't imagine they go back to normal life without this channel
All the hard work to get exposure and followers pays off
❤❤❤
I personally find no other greater pleasure than cooking for a person that doesn't spell the same language as me and seeing them enjoy it. I honestly can't compare that feeling even to that of drugs. Something about delicious food that has no language barrier is beautiful. Sometimes life has a way of over bearing us to the point of suffocation, but we can all breathe easy enjoying a beautifully crafted meal. I'm 30 years old, no prospects and a daughter I love to pieces. I want to make a food business centered around making people feel like they had a meal custom tailored to their pallet. I want her to see chasing your dream is possible and catching it is only out of reach so long as we believe so
Reminds me of when I was in the infantry and we used to have platoon dinners where we would have the white boys grilling thick cut steaks, the Mexicans making dipping stuff and tacos and our one Haitian making fried plantanes lol it was like eating all around north America in one sitting lol
