It doesn't make sense to buy hybrid unless you are buying it to save the environment. If you are buying for saving on fuel, the math shows you will be at loss. First you need to pay a premium of 4 to 5 Lakhs for the strong hybrid which you will start to recover only after driving for 2+lakhs km. Apart from that, the cost of replacement of battery will make a big hole of 6 to 8 lakhs in the pocket in case if it goes down after 3 years. The best features are overlooked in case of non-Tata/Mahindra cars by Motoroctane on purpose. For example, the infotainment system is excellent in Hyryder, buttery smooth and one of the best in the segment. But he just mentioned that "there is a 9 inch infotainment system in this car". The review is overall very toned down in excitement, the bias is clearly visible.
I find MotorOctance bias. Its more Pro Mahindra and Tata. Its good to promote and brag our own manufacturer but also have a healthy competition and saying whats good about the other manufacturers. I have seen him highlighting the average not so good part of the other car manufacturer wherein he tries to pacify the about the features missing in Mahindra or Tata.
Jab tak creta ka diesel engine band nahin hoga tab tak Hyryder aur Grand Vitara jaisi cars toh ise bilkul bhi beat nahin kar paayegi. Apne premium interiors aur features ki wajah se Creta sale hoti hai , aise mein Toyota aur Suzuki ko bhi kam se kam interiors par aur kaam karna chahiye tha ya phir ek offorad capable SUV launch karni thi creta ke price point par.

Hi Rachit any insights on why Toyota did not announce prices on 16th Aug as announced earlier...Is it to do with Grand Vitara pricing or some expectation on subsidy on strong hybrid ?
that means the question mark around grand vitara’s ground clearnce is resolved now.210 mm ground clearance😮.thats enough fr me to consider hyrydr/vitara over creta/seltos
We recently looked into skoda kushaq and neodrive( mild hybrid) version of hyryder.Contrary to this review Kushaq's legroom for backseat passengers seemed less compared to hydryder. Can you please clarify on that? Anyway bootspace is 385 in kushaq whereas for hyryder it is 355lt.
Nope not very much just think global buyers and owners of Toyota hybrid which supreme, reliable and dependable than any other hybrid. Also globally and most people prefer hybrid than ev tho for practical usage with carbon neutrality as EV r for those who r pussy in driving or drive less and don't know what to do in ownership like that type of people
Only time will tell the true life of battery. Can't completely trust official view as it's determined in ideal test conditions and not real-world long term conditions.
Actually dono cars me MS or Toyota me kaafi features aise hain jo base model se hi diye jaa rahe hain or wo baaki cars me thode higher models me aate hain
Strong hybrid doesn't have tachometer because wheels are controlled by motors and not directly by engine. So rpms won't directly reflect on performance. Mild hybrid versions have tachometer dial. Also, I am sure there will be a way to get rpm info on central unit. For boot space, yes it is very less compared to other cars in segment.
Bought Accomplished S two weeks back. Have gotten few technical glitches here and there but luckily they are getting auto resolved I don’t know how that’s happening but the glitches shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Otherwise fantastic car.
Hyryder and Vitara is same vehicle, manufacturing in Toyota plant..Toyota will provide 3y 100000km warranty where as Maruti will provide 2y 40000 km only. There is no any reason to buy Toyota product from Maruti showroom
It is not for performance lovers neither it is for milage lovers due to its higher price tag which will be between 18-22 laks on road for strong hybrid 😃😄
Have seen this car It's actually smaller than Brezza apart from lenght. Inside feels like Swift and Brezza feeling. They should atleast make good height.
One thing i hate about this car and vitara is that the interior is the same as baleno/glanza and brezza /urban cruiser . Since they are from different segments the interiors should be different and expensive cars should get more luxurious interior .
This and the vitara are perfect for people looking for 5 seaters with the awd capabilities. Otherwise either had to go for thar or xuv700 awd. Compass again is too costly.
Like your videos a lot. Just a suggestion, please increase the audio level output of your videos, to compare just watch your own channel's video and then switch to another channel, you would have to reduce the speaker volume because you had to turn it up for your own video. That is all.
Two best valuable products launched recently. This one and other is scorpio n. I think Both are going to rule Indian roads. Scorpio for its complete package for that price and this car for its hybrid tech and Toyota brand. But still too much options for the buyers. Let's see who wins.

regarding your verdict, Currently mid-size CSUV segment me diesel sirf creta and seltosh me ata he and to be honest un dono ki fuel efficiency highway pe bhi baki pehle ke diesels jitni bilkul nhi he. it always sticks around 16-18 kmpl even on highways.
In safety no brand can beat Mahindra, tata, and Germans and jeep too💯....
Jeep , Germans likha sath me Woh Sahi hai
Yeah absolutely in terms of reliability and services after sales no one beat their TATTI 💩 infamous class
TATA is shit in terms of reliability and the service, you can have your safety, it's useless if the car breakdowns and drives like shit.
Hmm that why nexon is top selling sub compact suvv naaa and xuv700 in suv its obvious men agr 1000 unit ban rahe hai 1 or 2 unit can be a bit minor issue wo bs 1 thapppa hai ki reliable hoti Toyota or any korean brand problem ksi bhi gadi mai aa sakti hai abhi skoda kushaq and taigun mai bhi break down hua uska mtlb yeh nhi ki this germans are unrelaible. Grow up men and you should appreciate that indian brand is leveling up and koi bhi product perfect nhi hota kuch na kuch kami rahta hi hai.....haina to talk like a men not like 8 year old kid..... i have Mahindra xuv300 service is good but due to huge demand of this compact suv parts mai thoda sa time lagta...... agr kuch parts change karwana ho to... so for me safety can't be compromise bhale service wale meri gadi ko 3 din extra rak lai 💯...
Volvo be like: hold my beer 🍺
Panoramic Sunroof is good but shade is dotted -AC will be on always, Rear seat recline not comfy, rear seat bottom not flat, Parking brake - not electronic, boot less due to battery, very big head rest. Visibility restricts for rear passenger, visibility due to Screen, ARM REST SHOULD BE MOVABLE ADJUSTABLE, AC Vents should have been placed higher, light throw is little weak, Curtains should have been available ---- FOR V HYBRID ON-ROAD PRICE. Hybrid price is very high compared to petrol. Cannot save as much.
Rachith - Kindly emphasize on this too.
If priced competitively definitely it can beat creta
Creta se toh Kam hi hoga kyunki Creta ka price bohot badha diya hai launch ke time se
One of the best and up to crux video. Hats off.
Once a king is always a king 💯 💪 New creta is coming soon with killer looks and amazing features .
But what about the safety rating? That’s gonna degrade even more!
With another 3 star safety rating lmao.
Gand me bamboo lagaye ho isliye mast lag raha but in future all carmakers r making creta/seltos killer Toyota-suzuki is just the beginning
🤣🤣 underpowered unstable ugly EXCRETA🚽
@@smit.shahYT dude then take Tata with Less Features and not so good average looks
1.5 petrol engines produce good mileage. Even City returns efficiency of 19-22kms in highways.
Hi Rachit any insights on why Toyota did not announce prices on 16th Aug as announced earlier...Is it to do with Grand Vitara pricing or some expectation on subsidy on strong hybrid ?
Toyota has now announced prices for top 4 variants ..Rachit what is you take on pricing ?
You present very well.
Your way of expressing topics are friendly, other colleagues of your team doesn't present like you do.
that means the question mark around grand vitara’s ground clearnce is resolved now.210 mm ground clearance😮.thats enough fr me to consider hyrydr/vitara over creta/seltos
Bhai kaunse pahad par chadani hai tere ko 🤣
No it won't be 210 mm, I bet
Nexon is best indian brand
210 mm
@@ashoktigga7768 motor octane did mention the GC in this video
I just love the front bumper of toyota's like in this and glanza(old and new) way more than in maruti version
Hopefully TATA BLACKBIRD will be launched soonn..Most Awaited Car in this Segment.
How is the fit & finish and feel of the interior?
Not in the leagues of Hyundai or Kia
Just okay and better than brezza
Rachit Bro...bang on ...initial impression...💐💐💐
Mild hybrid is underpowered for such size of a car..no competition to creta and seltos
Looks wow. This will be superhit car. Will be number one in its segment.
Hybrid cars gonna very costlier in terms of service and maintenance (as it has IC and EV mechanism)....
either go for IC or pure EV vehicles.
Nope not very much just think global buyers and owners of Toyota hybrid which supreme, reliable and dependable than any other hybrid. Also globally and most people prefer hybrid than ev tho for practical usage with carbon neutrality as EV r for those who r pussy in driving or drive less and don't know what to do in ownership like that type of people
Toyota hyryder 3rd class milage of 7-8 Kms/ ltr. I have purchased. Moreover its semi hybrid
Can you tell us the battery life of the hybrid ones?
Only time will tell the true life of battery. Can't completely trust official view as it's determined in ideal test conditions and not real-world long term conditions.
2 things i want to know…how is the build quality? Does it feel like Maruti from inside?
Actually dono cars me MS or Toyota me kaafi features aise hain jo base model se hi diye jaa rahe hain or wo baaki cars me thode higher models me aate hain
Today I drive Toyota Camry Hybrid just for fun and I amazed with the comfort that car
2 things could be a deal breaker for some.
1. Very limited boot space
2. No tachometer
Yeah boot space is a deal breaker.
@Lashiv b kyun bhai aisa kya likh diya usne jo tum hurt ho gaye. Theek he toh likha hai.
Limited boot space on strong hybrid is indeed a deal breaker.
Tachometer nhi aayega sirf strong hybrid me
Mild hybrid me aayega
Strong hybrid doesn't have tachometer because wheels are controlled by motors and not directly by engine. So rpms won't directly reflect on performance. Mild hybrid versions have tachometer dial. Also, I am sure there will be a way to get rpm info on central unit.
For boot space, yes it is very less compared to other cars in segment.
Bought Accomplished S two weeks back. Have gotten few technical glitches here and there but luckily they are getting auto resolved I don’t know how that’s happening but the glitches shouldn’t be happening in the first place. Otherwise fantastic car.
Bring Grand Vitara on your channel please 🙏🏻🤗
Hector is best
Lol not for everyday city and urban usage

How far can the car go( the range or mileage) on the Hybrid( ev ) mode ? If I drive below 40 km in City traffic will it go for 50 km or 5 ?
2km

Like your videos a lot. Just a suggestion, please increase the audio level output of your videos, to compare just watch your own channel's video and then switch to another channel, you would have to reduce the speaker volume because you had to turn it up for your own video. That is all.
Two best valuable products launched recently. This one and other is scorpio n. I think Both are going to rule Indian roads. Scorpio for its complete package for that price and this car for its hybrid tech and Toyota brand. But still too much options for the buyers. Let's see who wins.
Excellent video. Thanks for clarifying many concern about T-Hyrider. But When you will be posting vdo for grand vitara on raod experience?
I agree with you on the thought about features.
Creta interior and seltos interior have much better interior quality.
Toyota always do cost cuttings.
Depends on pricing
Most awaited video😍🤩
Thanks for the detailed review.. plz bring the review of the AllGrip one.. eagerly waiting to know how much it’s effective.. all ready booked the same… :)
Nice review, but, i dont think it can upset the creta...
Hugely disappointed with the performance figures in the strong hybrid

@@taurus50000 bhai yeh ek economical fuel saving car hai so obviously performance kam rahegi lekin maja aur features ke mamle me nhi
@@abhix_03 Suzuki would have done a great job if atleast the strong hybrid's engine configuration was similar to hybrid Honda city even if it would cost a bit more. With jus 3 cylinders and not so powerful battery, and weighing more then a ton the hyrider/vitara has a pathetic power to weight ratio. There is always an urge to upgrade ur vehicle if it falls short on power unless u dont drive urself and jus want somethin to move around town. If you dont drive the Hyrider is a great option to consider
Urban cruiser Hyryder interior 🔥🔥🔥and Grand vitara exterior looks much better than Hyryder
Still i think creta diesel is still better.....more feature, better interior, more power, much better mileage.
Also compair with Maruti Suzuki vitara which one consider and why ?
Hi,
At 1462 cc, Will it be underpowered for 4 occupants?
No

regarding your verdict, Currently mid-size CSUV segment me diesel sirf creta and seltosh me ata he and to be honest un dono ki fuel efficiency highway pe bhi baki pehle ke diesels jitni bilkul nhi he. it always sticks around 16-18 kmpl even on highways. Aur ussu uper harrier and XUV ki to unse bhi low mileage he.
This hybrid will provide significantly more kmpl than those for sure. diesel fans choose diesel more for that diesel punch rather than diesel fuel efficiency. sirf fuel efficiency vale log isme easily shift ho jayenge.
Juth bolne ka theka leke rakha hai..first own creta seltos diesel den talk about mileage..i have driven 90k getting 22 mileage overall
Sunroof doesn't have cover👎, the car will become a microwave when parked in Sun in India.

Iam really tired of that maruti 1.5L engine, WTH 3 cyl from toyota on a 4.3m sized vehicle that too hybrid. They should give that 1.4 turbo that is there in indonesian market. Underpowered always from maruti. Now toyota too. They should have given it as an option atleast
I already booked the hyryder V hybrid ....Toyota is better option now .
Hybrid is the way forward until there are enough charging stations.
Was waiting for this video since morning
12:01 headroom is the biggest issue in this and vitara, it is worst in the segment
Its absolutely ridiculous, if you're 6feet+, this car cannot accommodate you, its impossible. I sat in the back seat and my head was touching the roof completely, it has 0 practicality.
Everything is fine except the engine, it's way underpowered when compared to rivals.
what about citroen C3?? is it worth to buy top end model
No go for other option magnite turbo or swift
Hello I want advice regarding which car to buy
Options are
1) kia sonet htk+ 1.2 P (cost8ng me 10.75 lac)
2) tata altroz XZ 1.2 P ( costing 8.60 lac)
3) kia seltos htk (costing ~ 14 lac)
4) tata Nexon creative plus (costing ~ 12.6lac)

6:06 this the actual thing in the whole review. What I think that it's very tough to beat Hyundai Creta in this segment. The only place where Creta lags behind is the lack of hybrid engine. Let's hope Honda Elevate does some wonder.
this did not age well
Creta has a low safety rating..3 star only
@@rohanrane6707 yes. Kushaq and taigun are better options

For all those who consider buying this over Creta.
Panoramic Sunroof of Creta is well placed than this car.
Sunroof blinds in Creta are thicker than this car.
No retractable sunshades in rear seat.
Rear seats of Creta are much spacious and comfortable.
No electronic parking breaks.
Limited boot space in strong hybrid variant is not sufficient if you are going for a extended road-trip. A little extra space in your car always comes in handy especially when you are traveling with family.
There is no 360 degree camera offered in Creta which is really helpful in tight spots.
