IKEMEN Go MUGEN WIP - FLARE Subsystem - Jubei's Jamborine

The FLARE system is honestly ready, yay! Took some time, learned a lot about platforms. This is using a modification of Foobs' shadow system and the latest tech in NotHitBy and PalFX triggers.

As usual, IKEMEN Go Nightly only, but universal and plug and play. Your old MUGEN stuff should run fine with it. :)
