Schaller locks are Perfecto they have a grub screw to prevent it coming loose
They're not available in Spain yet, but as soon as they arrive I'll buy a ton of them!!
A removable version of D'Addario's Planet Lock system. Cool!
If it's finger tightened only, it come loose soon enough. A matter of when, not if. Schallers actually have a small screw to lock the thumb screw, that bites into the metal.
That being said, I use Dunlops.
