I have been doing the presence practice, being aware of presence for many years, as much as i can during the day, alot!!!! But self realization not taking place 😭😭😭

Stop….. notice the presence….. notice existence….. the very noticing is Being your true nature. It is recognition of the presence which is always here. I hope this helps. @@amandatweed thank you. I understand, but there is always maintance involved. Even though there can be days when there is abidance in presence without any effort. But it would be nice if one day I would not have to do that anymore and that suffering will end
