I loved this show as a child , as a only child , I pretended in my mind that they were my weekly family, and now I can't even find one full episode , that's pretty sad , Greed that's what this dark world is all about today ! SAD
Greed? Because they want people to pay to watch their show? Why should it be free? It's their content and they have a right to earn from it. Also don't forget, back in the "old days" TV wasn't "free" either - you "paid" for the shows you were watching by having to sit through commercials, even though you weren't forced to watch them. So the show has never been "free".
The timing of the difficulties make it sound like they were cutting off a certain slur (I know that's not what he said, it just sounds like it when the context is removed)
The cereal boxes on the Kelloggs commercial look so old fashioned nowadays. Wish Eight Is Enough would come back on the air, good entertainment is timeless
That nostalgia scene sums this up perfectly
Perfect clip, "nostalgia -remembering how things were". Exactly why I'm here.

Betty Buckley later starred in "Frantic" with Harrison Ford and M. Night Shamalan's "The Happening" with Mark Wahlberg.
