I Think employees ko nikalna is not a solution. Every employees want to work but resources / equipment is not available. If govt. provide equipment to company toh employees can doing their work easily. I totally agree the comment of Mr. A K Kaushik.
If Bharti Airtel gives 5% profit as salaries then Mtnl and Bsnl should increase profits to that level that today's 50-60% becomes equal to tomorrow's 5% profit...
main problem is service.... the people who r come to service r fool they don't know how to fix the problem... and the don't come to service... speed is okk but service is very poor.. that why people r going through the private company.. for better service abd better connection...
