It's hard to imagine how long Bronies, and those who prefer the term Pegasister, have been around. Since FiM began, we've been growing in size, to the point that we gained the name of "The Herd". Then came brony cons, and gatherings to bring us together. We became a community, and, even though I wasn't there for so many important events in Brony history, I am still proud to be a part of The Herd. I may be a girl, but it's more than just a bunch of guys who like ponies, there are plenty of girls, too. It's a community, where outcasts, weirdos, and even celebrities can go to fit in. I'm proud to be a part of it, and any sane Brony should be proud, too.

Being a part of a brony fandom was an entire experience and I miss it. The conventions, fan animations, music, video games and of course, the legendary fanfics. There wasn’t anything like this fandom and there’s not gonna be anything like it. I’m just really glad that I was a part of it and for everything it gave me. Thank you

One day at a chalk-art festival I saw a beautiful picture of colorful, pegasus-like horses! ... For some reason they seemed extremely familiar, like they were a distant fantasy of my childhood daydreams? I took a photo, browsed the web, & to my great surprise found MLP: FiM!
Sure enough, as I started watching through all the seasons, there were a couple episodes that I RECOGNIZED parts of. Must have been so many years ago... This is now my all-time favorite show :) !!!

UA-cam suggested this to me after years of not seeing it, and all sorts of memories just flooded back from it.
I hate the fact that people are starting to limit shows,games,movies,etc. By gender. Its just wrong
+pegasister The makers intended it to be that way, MLP was mostly stereotypical and void of content before Faust took charge. Now its mostly for everyone. The issue was that some shows only talked about dating boys, make-up, and shopping sprees with no redeeming food for though, and it might not have even been funny.

@@Cantersoft my friend was insulting the show (his sister watches it). And i was thinking "it's just a stupid kids show why do you care so much?" So i told him i would watch it to see how bad it was (kind like watching a film that's so bad its good). He told me not too because i would enjoy it and get sucked in (which confused me more because he had just said how bad it was . . . i know exactly what he meant now). So i downloaded the first five episodes. I watched the first one conluded that it was stupid and not worth my time and went on my marry way . . . till two days later when i was really bored. I was going through my downloads to find a show to watch but had already seen everything. Then i noticed mlp and was like "well it did end on a cliffhanger . . . whats one more episode". Then "well i've got nothing better to do, lets watch episode three" . . . five episodes later. I was like "i'm still not a fan but i might as well download more". After half a month i was halfway through the first season and, i was like "i can understand why people like this, but its not for me" . . . new-years day, i'm up waiting for the count-down, i'm bored so i open my computer and and decide to watch something. I notice that i hadn't closed my tab on yay-ponies.com so decide to watch another episode, then decide to watch until the count down is over, but right before the count-down was the season 1 finale . . . so i decided to stay up all night watching season two. Then i decided to look for pony stuff online, then i decided to watch the rest of the show, then i decide to watch eqd, then i decided to read fallout equestria, and then i realized . . . I had become the very thing i used to hate . . . a brony.
God this is long why did i write this? Sorry for giveing you my life story. . . but i'm proud to be a brony and new-years is comeing up again! Brohoof /)

I didn't understand why people in my 4th grade class laughed at me for watching this I mean the rest of the kids shows out there are immature and talk about butt jokes and are stupid while mlp has its own creativity. mlp has showed me a lot a bout friendship and I think everybody I'm mean everypony should at least watch an episode and you might enjoy it
