Agreed also his "I'm a victim and none of it was my fault" attitude and his unwillingness to accept any responsibility along with his complete lack of remorse certainty isn't doing him any favors either. Not to mention the extremely aggravating way he refuses to answer to answer simple yes or no questing. The most aggravating of which that unfortunately made its way into this trial from the first one is when the prosecution asks "what was keeping u from just leaving" and he just repeats "she didn't ask me to leave" "she didn't tell me to leave" the jury had to feel the aggravation of that. So yea not a lot going in his favor

I don't know what Bible he was speaking from but that tells you something because my phone stopped.... From all the blah blah blah blah... No remorse he should have turned his self in after the 1st incident. That's what a Real Man of God would have done taken responsibility of his actions and face his Judgementand ask forgiveness.. so sad too many lives were lost.

This is not hard, but clearly far too many people don't understand: No one "put him on the stand", no one "allowed him to testify", no one "let him testify", etc. He chose to testify. It's literally his legal right and he must declare that it is his choice regardless of recommendation from his attorneys. Either way, to speak or remain silent, it is HIS CHOICE.

The trial about Lloyd having killed his pregnant girlfriend was a separate one. This where he was found guilty and convicted for life.
But why on earth is the prosecutor allowed to include that homocide in THIS trial!? Actually, the facts of the homocide of his pregnant girlfriend should be suppressed from this trial!
The fact that prosecution decided to want TWO trials, means also that the two should be kept separate and that facts of each case should be suppressed from each of the trials. Where it was done appropriately in the first trial, it does NOT happend in this trial! It taints the jury in this trial!

They are connected necause would it not have been that he was wanted Lt Claytin would never have appraoched him. It wasn't in thw first trial because he had yet to kill her when he killed his girlfriend.

Lt Debra Clayton was not pregnant….. he shot and killed his girlfriend Sade Dixon and she was pregnant but the officer he shot at Walmart a month later was not pregnant. However- there are pregnant officers who work all the time. Its up to the individual pregnanct police officer as to how long she wants to stay on the “streets” or patrolling or whatever tgey do and then they can be moved to desk duty or some other type of non- confrontational and safe work duty.
