    I’m an Iyengar teacher in San Francisco. I appreciate the sequence so much thank you for sharing. I have never seen setu Bhanda done that way with the brick and the chair, I’m going to try that today. Thank you.

    Thank you Teacher Kathy for another great sequence. Love the 2nd last asana setubaddha sarvangasana with leg rested on chair rail. I find this sequence is really good for me especially i have some lower back discomfort before menstruation, it help me to relieve the pain after i finish practice. Again, thank you for the inspiring video. Love you Teacher Kathy!

    The lesson is very good, thank you Kathyji, I learned a lot, such as how to get into Dhanurasana pose, viparita karani pose with chair, pillow, especially easier with twist pose and tongue relaxation , throat.
