I was sitting here at the park screaming, crying and panicking in my car with really destructive thoughts like “I can’t do this. Why can’t I fix everything and be perfect. I could just drive my car into the river”. I didn’t want to start breathing but I did and this meditation totally helped me shift my vibration. So thankful🙏🏼 I can do this. I am enough. I deserve love.

I’m so glad, stop looking the world with your eyes, look it with your heart and you will understand. We are all love but things happen, and the ones that made you feel the worst are the ones that had suffer a lot, no happy person harm another. Look at them with love and nice compassion. You don’t deserve how they treat you and you are in all your power to don’t accept that, and better yourself releasing all fear, guilt and anger so you can better yourself faster.

Previously I have done money blocks many times. None of those releasing methods compares to yours Jess. I've know for years it was from how my father treated me at age 12 (43 years ago) and younger, but I didn't realise I had stored so many feelings about it in so many areas of my body which has caused, over time, so many other issues in my life. I cried as if this was the first time ever doing a release of blocks. I have even paid alot of money for courses but nothing I have done compares to this. Not even close. It feels so good to release this and I think I will do it again tonight to make sure it is all gone. With infinate love and gratitude to you Jess. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

@LivetheLifeYouLove, Jess this is the most amazing meditation!. I have been doing 2 of your other meditations daily, Gratitude (21day) & Raise your Vibration for the past week or so. Then I decided to add this one yesterday too. It did help. So today after doing the meditations I felt drawn to do this one again. I am so glad I did because there was quite a lot of stuff still there that needed to be released. The past 6months have been a huge releasing of old negative beliefs and blockages, and these meditations have helped so much to release what was left. I just turned 55 and my whole life has been filled with negativity and huge blockages. One week ago during a recoding session I was doing, I found out about a huge block from when I wasn't even born. I had always felt it was there, but not know to what extent. So this meditation was able to finish removing what was left. Thank you so much for all that you do Jess, and I love you.

I had so much tension in my chest when I began this meditation, it was even a little painful. At the end, the tension was completely gone and I felt so relaxed in my whole body, which is rare for me. Thank you ❤

this is probably the first meditation where I’ve cried and the first that I’ve done where i felt like I uncovered something I have felt I repressed and it was intense. I listened to this once and found the core to the problem instantly, I feel deserving of my good health which means eating healthy foods feels good rather than a chore or a punishment. I also quit smoking almost 2 years ago which healing has presenting many layers, after a session with your meditation I felt I have become a healed non smoker again. This was enlightening.. my mind just popped that exact incident and my emotional response. I didn't expect this. It's as if my mind had stored that memory. I could remember the colour of the light, the room I was in.. just everything. I couldn't remember the exact words but I perfectly remember my reaction and what I felt. And the steps I took later because of it. I was working on money block.

I had so much tension in my chest when I began this meditation, it was even a little painful. At the end, the tension was completely gone and I felt so relaxed in my whole body, which is rare for me. Thank you ❤

this is probably the first meditation where I’ve cried and the first that I’ve done where i felt like I uncovered something I have felt I repressed and it was intense. I’m working on my self-worth and tending to my shadow self and this has helped a lot, thank you 🙏🏽 I also use your overnight loa affirmations. I really want to completely change my life

Jess, Thank you Thank you Thank you for this beautiful meditation. My focus has been on health and it's been a struggle. I listened to this once and found the core to the problem instantly, I feel deserving of my good health which means eating healthy foods feels good rather than a chore or a punishment. I also quit smoking almost 2 years ago which healing has presenting many layers, after a session with your meditation I felt I have become a healed non smoker again. This was enlightening.. my mind just popped that exact incident and my emotional response. I didn't expect this. It's as if my mind had stored that memory. I could remember the colour of the light, the room I was in.. just everything. I couldn't remember the exact words but I perfectly remember my reaction and what I felt. And the steps I took later because of it.
