I appreciate fans concerns over the sell off the hotels and trainning ground to blue co, however they are all under the same umbrella. 40 years ago i joined the old GPO. Part of that business was postal delivery, letters, packets and parcels and estates. When it went private, letters changed to royal mail. Parcels became parcel force. All the buildings became property holdings. So the building that delivers your mail isn't owned by royal mail any more its owned by the property holdings element and RM pay them a yearly rent, same for parcel force etc. However the money is staying in the same company. This is what Chelsea are trying to do. So if they sell the trainning ground to blue co, Chelsea the football club will then rent it back for a going rate, but recieve 50mil for selling it, for example. Complicated, however not illegal

When the time comes for the owners to sell the CFC, they will retain ownership of these extremely valuable assets…. Which is increasing in value over the course of time. Immediately, they can borrow against these assets. So that’s why they are doing this.

Jorginho is horrible. Xabi Alonso's time in the Premier League was nothing special; he did not accomplish much. Silva plays in the back as a defender, and he basically has cover from either Conor or Ciedo, both of whom are exceptionally fit. Giroud is a striker who is only good in the penalty box. Nobody that plays in the middle of the park is as slow as Enzo in the Premier League. Even Jorginho plays faster than him, not to mention Xabi. Fàbregas was faster on the ball than Enzo; he never held onto the ball like Enzo does.
