Honestly, this picture of the Golden Gate Bridge has a whole story if you look close. Look to the right mountain. You will see a factory which is not in the normal San Francisco skyline. It seems that they tried to save the city. Desperately tried. But failed. And now, the city is a tiberium infested mess. I don't know how they made so much backstory into one image, but however they did, they did it well.

This just makes me wish there was a Metro-like game for Tiberium in general. You play as a nod shadow team lead and you bring your team to various red zones and yellow zones doing anything from infiltrating enemy bases to eliminating high priority targets.
I found the image at 9:11 particularly spooky and disturbing. Aside from the Scrin Threshold Tower on the right, that landscape is miles and miles of literally *nothing* .
It perfectly illustrates what tiberium does to a planet:it sucks it dry. I consider tiberium to be the mineral counterpart of the flood from Halo. Relentless and, deceptively intelligent parasites.

I think I may have worded my comment badly, the campaign is actually running for a year and a half now, the group is lvl 12 as of next friday (told them to level up post last session, which was last Friday ^^) The Brotherhood in my world is inspired both by NOD and by The Sixth House of Dagoth from TES3: Morrowind, and they worship a similar crystal to tiberium, aswell as a fleshy infestation taking over the planet that had appeared alongside said crystals.

I really liked the ambient noises, such as the heavy wind a few minutes in, personally I think the voice lines and some of the noises like what I think was a walker near the end kind of took away the ambience, not to say that they ruined it. The video was still really awesome, but I think that the weather noises and some of the calmer music (like at the start) were fine on their own, I don’t mean to rude in saying that, it is just a thought. Other than that I hope you have a fantastic day.🙂

For starters,i do agree that the voice lines shouldn't have been in there or alternatively, they should have had their audio severely reduced... If i was making that today i would've chosen differently. But in terms of the walker, i am having trouble pinpointing what you are refering to... Are you talking about the alien noises or are you talking about the tripod's "footsteps"? And on a sidenote, i appreciate your candor and delivery ,i really do. Hope my newer ambience videos meet your expectations
I’m happy that you didn’t take my feedback as an insult, as that was not, nor would it ever be my goal, as for your question, you were right, I was referring to the tripod steps, like the ones at 18:21, some of the alien noises were okay, but the loud stomps were kind of a bit too loud, my advice would be that if they were very quiet, sounding like they were 100m away and just passing by as a far away background noise, it would have been a bit nicer, but I think that the main issue was that they were too loud, like they were getting closer, which would be good for intense noises, but it’s just a bit off when you make loud stomping noises when your goal is ambience. Again, I’m not criticising, and will admit that I probably would make some mistakes making an ambience video if I tried, I just want to give my opinion in a polite way, I’m not trying to say that you didn’t do well, I’m just trying to give you some genuine advice. Although the problem with that in an ambience piece,is that it can run the risk of startling the viewer rather than immersing said viewer so to tell you the truth i'm still a tad conflicted on that design choice...
@@LayLowOfficial Well it's complicated but, I made a silly idea where like combat would somewhat play like fallout with a mix of Xcom and not only that, units are going to have specific actions and uses. A turnbased RTS game and to explain the combat, this will hurt your brain a little bit or even worse than Yuri's Mind-Control. The units are legitimately going to have action-points whether for movement or combat. I'll do my best to explain this simply as possible. Picture the bishop as the A-10, They have 20 action points total, i move diagonally to 5 tiles while spending 2-action points for each tile which ends up of 10 total action-points used. And oh boy, there's two enemy infantry soldiers on one of the squares I am soaring over, I wanna bombard them. To attack you spend 4 for attacking the units while soaring over the 5 specific tiles without standing on a tile next to them like in normal-chess. And then BAM, you got a total of 18 points used up! Okay, this is where things get even more stupidly insane! The units for the chess-styled game don't get picked off easily in very normal average chess game, they have actual health-points, and DMG-points all units have specific balances on stats (Basically armor and damage plays like a rock-paper scissors style.) Addition and subtraction type of stuff of what they're resistant to. A-10 for example HP: 120 Damage power: 15+ Armor +15 (basically subtract the number with the Armor which resists against damage inflicted by the enemy) Range 0 (It's underneath the unit of where it passes by) Vs Generic Militia Man HP: 50 Damage Power: 5+ Armor 5+ Range: 2 (It's a 3x3 grid with the soldier being in the middle) If the A-10 hits the soldier with it's 15 damage (while using 4 action points) The soldier resists basically subtracting 5 by the damage so yeah, he survives and is left with 40 HP. This is what i got so far and i explain more if you like to, sorry if i completely destroyed your mind with this nonsense of an idea!

They will mostly wait during the time but they WILL ATTACK if you get to their line of sight. basically it's a punishing move when you run into them like Metal-Gear soldiers detecting ya, damage your HP and you either have time to run away and hide for cover or get turn into swish-cheese xD Also yeah they won't have their turn used up which makes things a bit more difficult and you need to strategize more if you don't think wisely instead of the usual rushing units. Also just to say, for Base-Building.
