Take the bottom of the box the doll is in and get some clean roll of clear gift wrap (like the gift basket wrap) but on the roll ,place a cut piece the size of your box wrap it around and put the front box on the back it will hold the plastic film in place and no dust will get in, but you can still see it just like the ones in the box.
i've got to say that this video brought me so much joy. i nearly cried when i saw the in box lucy dolls--my grandma started my love for doll collecting when I was little & my eyes would always light up when I saw her barbie and lucy dolls. i love to see others share the same love for dolls ❤️

Love how you've displayed your dolls. Maybe some suran wrap , would do the trick for you on the dolls not encased I plastic.

HI Leta, You could always get some acetate and make fronts for your Barbie boxes. That is what I would do, it would take some time to make one of each box but that would be easier and cheaper than buying or building glass fronted cabinets. I love your collection, I have a collection of Avon Barbies but they are in the attic as I haven't got room to display the at the moment.

This looks Awesome! I wish i had space to display my dolls. I have the Line of Little Debbie Dolls that don't have the plastic too, i believe when i was younger my mother put Seran Wrap or Plastic wrap over the front of them and tucked it into the cover box That was behind it when i had them displayed years ago.

To give you an Idea for the dolls that are not covered. I saran wrap my silkstone barbies and barbies who are inboxed but opened up like yours. I use the huge Kirkland saran wrap from Kirkland and make the front look seemless and just attach all the endes together at the back and wala they look as they are inboxed and brand new. I have thought about making a youtube video of how to do this on my channel. If you don’t understand or cant get it right let me know and Ill make a video on my channel to show you how I do it:)
I have them covered now in a thin plastic vinyl :) I can buy it by the yard! Its works great :) Good idea about the saran wrap!

I got it at Walmart, you can buy it by the yard! You may be able to find it at fabric stores as well :)
what about those cases/boxes that are specially made for displaying figures? I think they or at least some of them just go over the figure's box ... or you can just ask Chad ~ he probably knows ... haha
