I had the pleasure of watching Sheldon's Father, Jac Haudenschild racing at the old Parramatta City Raceway, way back in the early 1980s. I remember getting my first look at him (Jac) and I thought "well bugger me, he's has to be younger than me," but as it turns out (I think, that from memory anyway) that we're the same age.
Back in the 80s I ran otr and I always told the dispatcher to send me wherever the next Woo race was talked to the wild child Steve. Sammy. Leland and so many others i can’t remember them all. Anyone really interested in sprint cars must see the museum at Knoxville
@@knuckles-3386 Unfortunately, for a number of reasons, seeing the Knoxville Museum is a "Pie in the Sky" dream for me. But that doesn't mean that I can't dream at all. Even though I know it'll never be the same as actually having been there.
How much does it cost to live in Australia so we can watch the Sprint cars in person and your nice beautiful race track??? Sincerely Christopher wright
Australian production, promotion, streaming and atmosphere is next level better. Clay-Per-View!! Well done, mates!

bloody good !pity it had to stop!
Looks like a fine racing facility even though it’s a small track. I’m sure it’s much better in person as always

Where is Brad Sweet?
Back in America.
Sweet gone back to California why open races once back this week
@@craigphillips3607 Do you mean that "he'll be back this week?" Surely not?
He won't be back finished tour down under
OK. Thanks for that mate, because I was thinking to myself "Christ, that's a big ask, isn't it? "
Let's go Sprint car racing
COME ON JMAC.
The only thing I don’t like is this just isn’t big enough for sprint cars. These cars need to be on a 1/2 mile track to put on a good show
Look at perth motorplex with Brad sweet ,rico the track 1 of the best in the world and number 1 of Australia
That’s just completely false, and I’m from PA
