I need to find another word other than “cool.” My mother said I must have said cool about 20+ times in my video! My goal for my next Train Show video is not to say cool! 😄
Thank you. The Amherst show is coming up and I’m thinking of how I want to cover it? I shot so much video last year, It was hard to enjoy the show as far as just looking at everything.
Thanks again for taking us along to the show! I really wanted to come but as you know, had my reasons that kept me from attending this time around. Thanks for all the pictures you "sent" me! That's exactly what I had in mind! lol Some really neat finds, too. And I love seeing the Lehigh Railway footage at the end!
@@TheyCallHimDietSeth My mother asked why I panned the N scale so fast. I told her I wanted to give Seth the chance to see it all!😆 Thank goodness for the Leigh Railway or I wouldn’t have seen any trains!
@@MyLifesTracks haha, it was a really good fast pan! And by really good, I mean it was really fast and I couldn't see a single thing even though I tried to view it frame-by-frame. Thanks again for that! lol I was on the Tier a couple hours after you went through and saw H16 in Elmira. It wasn't even hard to find... it was just parked there. It's like you weren't even trying! (Or that it wasn't there when you went through)
Nice video of the show Mark! I get why they changed the show dates but September feels a bit strange to me to host a train show. Oh well should be good though. Have fun at Springfield this year!
@MyLifesTracks Sadly I won't be at Springfield this year. Just couldn't make it work, might not go again for a while, my baby's due this summer. I do plan to go to the Allentown show in Feb. And I'll definitely be at our Spring Ahead Show in Camillus
@MyLifesTracks I know the holes on the front of switch are your connections for the track . Not sure of the hook up for track power. The ones on the side are for connecting multiple switches together.
I would like to get out to that show, but I don’t think I can make it this year. I believe the next show I plan on going to out that way is the Lockport Show.
20,400 square feet to be specific. 240 tables. A saw a couple of the things I bought. I haven't run out of room yet, and I bought 30 cars at the show. Just washed two more drawers for my boxless cars.
As for the cookies, you bought one at the Kenan show in Lockport about two years back. She also does The Hamburg, Hemlock , Lockport, Depew ,Sanborn and north Tonawanda shows. I know this because she is my better half
if you saw a dude walking around with a peate moss bag, it was me and there was a train in it lol. but i actually almost bought that polar express billboards you have there, had it in my hands
I’ve been on this crazy Polar Express kick this year!😀 On the way up to the show I had The Polar Express soundtrack on in the car. Do you a collection of Polar Express in HO or O?
Bausch & Lomb is an opitcs company from Rochester, my dad was a higher-up at the company for nearly 30 years. They make optics and do research and development for the eye. They didnt have their own boxcars, they werent ever really a "mass commodity" company really when it comes down to it. They wouldnt have had any production system that would necessitate rail service. If you ever want to sell that boxcar, let me know. I'd love to have a B&L boxcar to commemorate my dad and his lifes work. :)
It looks like you skipped over part of the show there you didn’t show I was there in the last one, but missed this one. There was at least two people there with G scale, trains, and a bit more of American flyer then when I saw your video.

A new word? Cool!
Cool as heck!
I’m going to bring back the word “choice” from the 80s, that will be cool!
@ Oh we used to say that all the time!
@@MyLifesTracks you meant, that will be choice!! Haha. Also, I’ve never heard the word choice in that context.
Once again, thanks for taking me to the train show. Really enjoyed it, as always.

We are lucky in NYS to have so many great shows! I’ve never left the Batavia show without find something interesting. 🚂

@@MyLifesTracks Thank you! And it's a boy so there's a chance he might get hooked on trains like me. I'm sure we'll definitely see each other soon
A wonderful sharing indeed 👍
Thank you so much!
And yes you found some really odd and yet cool stuff!!
I’m on the search now for instructions for those AHM track pieces I picked up!

Thanks for sharing , i was out of town and missed the show .Are you going to the erie county fair grounds show ?

@@raysrails2164I forgot the Edgerton Model Train show in Rochester on Saturday 2/22/25. I’m going to try and make that one.
