I made rice recently but steamed for 12 minutes. It was more like couscous. Threw it away. I’ll give this timing a go and hopefully it’ll be a better result
Hey! Thanks for your comments! I don’t normally use metal in the Speedi or foodi. But this pot got scratched so I’m waiting on a new pot so I just grabbed a fork but u are 100% right!

What was the reason for putting the tray back into the air fryer?
I’m not 100% sure to be honest I think it keeps the rice compact. This is the only method that has worked for me.
Never use metal in the speedi plus if you put a bit of oil on the bottom then the rice on top it wont stick to the bottom.
