If you mean the official website of Sofia Public Transport, here it is: www.sofiatraffic.bg/en/transport/schedules. I am however not sure how useful the English version is, as most of the contents are available only in Bulgarian. Hope that is useful and sorry for the late response.

It's called MPass and is available for iOS and Android, as far as I am aware
