A great video and retract setup! I may try scaling down, as I'm always interested in smaller retracts which are really hard to find. Thanks so much for sharing with us!!!!
Love the design! The only thing that worries me some is it seems like the servo has to take the loads from landing but i may be missing something. Definitely going to use for lighter planes though! Well done!
Higher infill doesn't make parts much stronger, wall thickness aka number of perimeters and print orientation are much more important. CNC kitchen experimented on this a while ago. HTH, rock on! Great design as always.
Great design! It took minor filing to get the link to lock out. I resized the servo hole to accept a 9g and will be installing these on my Guillows F4U.
Good design! I recomment QIDI TECH PETG-Tough filaments for landing gear. This is because it has both strong strength and heat resistance. Furthermore, like nylon, it has low friction.
You can do it on any transmitter running openTx and openi6x along with heaps of others. It's just a duration setting in the mixer i.e. 3 seconds up, 2 seconds down.
A Corsair retract. I could identify that from the video alone. The Corsair is one of my all time favorite aircraft! Thank you!
Best DIY 3D printing video I have seen on the topic, thank you!

Wow, that is incredible. Great work!
Thanks for your work on this. I am looking forward to seeing how they work on some of my flitetest models.
I am currently designing a new 1m Corsair with 3-section flaps, then starting build it. I will add the plans to the tier
Really nice design. I’d want to scale it to a 3mm gear shaft. Also id print it w ASA for impact resistance and to save alittle on weight.
Nice job !!
Great job. Very Nice 😊
wow!! super! very good but can you buy only the landing gear project?? Thanks

no servo loads, look again 9:26
Eres un crack, felicitaciones!!

9g servo is a bad idea for many reasons
Wicked good!!

What SW do you use to simulate 3D mechanism?
Blender
can anyone tell from the video what causes the LG wire to *rotate* ???
The little tree tooth gear on top of it, it engages the “holes” on the side of the main structure
Do you sell the files for these retracts please ?

Vielleicht solltest du dir das fahrwerk auf einen Schalter legen und ein Zeit delay programmieren.
I can't find the download link

ur back!
I wonder if the servo can be slowed down for more realism?
You can do that in your transmitter. I only use Spektrum, so I'm not sure if that's an options for some other brands. Let us know.
@Warpig0321 There might be a setting alongside the dual rate option. I'll ck.
Yes

Good video, but can you add music in the video?
It's an asmr channel ;)
I love that there's no music.... Thanks so much for sharing it NumaVig!
