The kit looks and sounds beautiful. Would love to see a video from your FOH engineer on how drums and the band is mixed live (especially on chain like gates, comp, eq, verbs).
Check MxU’s channel or website. FOH engineer Cory Edwards has mixed them a bunch and they have videos on it.

Sounds great. As a former paid professional dance drummer of many years in the 70s and '80s , our drumming styles were different. This is great unless you want to rock it where the sound will be much overpowering in a small Church setting . You do this with an electronic drum set where you can get your driving sound and yet turn down the volume .

Great drumming!! I noticed a lot of questions concerning the drum sound. Watch his video on drum tuning. Just replaced all my heads and used his tuning method and if you have a decent set of drums then that will get you right in there. I used a tune bot which allows you to get the drums in the proper ranges. I was dead wrong on how to achieve that snare sound as well until I watched the video. Tuning is mid range on the snare, not low. I think 13,16, and 18 on tom sizes so that will make a difference. I have always said that elevation had the best drum sound going since I first heard them and I still believe that to this day!!

That hi hat sample at 2:12 is game changing... you can master this entire song but without these tiny "cheat" samples, we'll never sound close to the official haha same for dozens and dozens of other worship songs as well

Moses Bravo deep snare, tight bottom head, medium top head with even pitched lugs, 2-4 moongells, and good sustain on the wires. Also don’t forget most of the sound is coming from post production lol😂

i usually throw an e-ring or big fat snare drum on there if you want a bit more of a “fat” sound but if you want something more natural then go for the moongel.
A good head combo i’ve found for deep drums is:
Evans EC on batter
Evans 500 Snare Side on reso
