She is by far the worst of the whole family, to the point that in the manga's final chapters she poisoned the big brother, Tamaki, just to inherit everything.
Tamayo ends up dying in Showa Otome Fairytale of tuberculosis, while waiting her trial after being linked to Tamaki's death. She told the truth to the authorities as her last words.

This anime is really pure love relationship of Japan in the past. Really good anime I'm even 3 times rewatching this anime after get aired. Really simple storyline. For spoiler Tamahiko and Yuzuki got 3 child together. Also classic Japanese song.
