What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This is just a fancy name for a tingly or calming sensation caused by different sounds/visuals that we call "triggers". Most people have their favorite type of "triggers" that help cause the sensation. Whether it be visual like lights moving, hand gestures etc. or sounds such as whispering, soft speaking, tongue clicking and more. ASMR typically will cause a tingly sensation in people that starts at the head and moves down the neck and to the shoulders. However, if you don't experience this sensation it doesn't mean ASMR isn't for you! ASMR is great for helping people calm down, de-stress, relax, helps with anxiety, depression, insomnia and so much more!!

@@ASMRShanny I am more of an unsweetened Iced Tea or herbal hot tea kind of guy! Everyone else in my family loves coffee! Even my 12 year old nephew loves coffee but it keeps him up all night. My parents love Coffee and doughnuts so those to apparently pair well together! I like a big glass of milk with a doughnut!

As a son of a retired service member, I'm glad to see companies and even one of my favorites UA-camrs show recognition for those like my old man and others like him. My grandfather (RIP) served with the USMC towards the end of the Second World War and again in Korea, my dad served in Vietnam, my uncle was in Desert Storm, and my sister in Operation Iraqi Freedom (each with the Army) and my nephew is currently stationed in Korea also with the Army
