IMO, I believe that clown wants jury trial cause he wants to bring down the entire cast, CK, basement billy boi, and all those who distributed and disseminated that video. They better get real lawyers and not the ones that play a lawyer on TV.

I hope since he filed to appeal, he can't undo it. Take it to trial, because there is NO reasonable doubt with verbal admissions, subpoenaed phone records, and recorded phone calls. Bring everyone who has shared it, whoever it may be, spare noone. And Martell has aged her horribly, she looks every bit of mid 40s, he is taking her through it, BUT she just had to have him, now she got him and all of the darkness, troubles and misery that comes with him.
Since the idiot asked for a jury trial she can help the DA prove not only his threat but the DA can show additional acts he did against her.
