    I cut my own hair and I can totally relate to what hes saying here. Going too short too high really throws the shape of my face off and it always determines If my haircut is good or bad. That area on the sides around the horseshoe is always the hardest for me to get right.

    I've spent the last 6 months going to 5 different barbers looking for this cut. Not one of them have achieved it. They always end up cutting too much from the back and leaving everything up top leaving it unbalanced and I end up cutting it all back down again. If I had loads of money I'd make the trip from the states just to get a cut from this man.

    • @RegalGentleman

      Often one of the main differences in price is the time you get with a barber. We'd always recommend booking an appointment with a barber if you can afford the extra price rather than just walk in based. Busy shop with clients waiting can mean you get a lot less time with your barber

    Looks good but can I be ultra critical & say I think you’ve just blended the sides into the top, personally talking about head shapes, a diamond or Oval face imo look better with shorter cuts on top & lots of squares made, such as the temple area could be squared up. I think a buzz cut and a lineup would suit him well brushing that quiff forward & boxing him off. That would give the illusion of less thinning around the temple areas whilst keeping an overall fresh dope cut

    • @ahernandez9621
      @ahernandez9621 4 роки тому

      It's hard to find a barber who balances the cut. Many barbers leave one side longer to allow a comb over. But when the wind blows, you better be wearing a lot of gel or your hair looks silly. The older the barber, the worse the problem.

    When I get my hair cut real short it is never as short as Timo's was before they even got started.
    I don't even understand why he needed a haircut at all ...

    • @ahernandez9621
      @ahernandez9621 4 роки тому +1

      His last haircut was 4 weeks prior. It was unbalanced and had grown out beyond the tight sides and back that Timo likes. Wearing a tight style with a 1/2 or zero tapered bottom is a very mature approach. It may not work for everyone, but it works for Timo. You should explore the high skin-showing style with your barber, particularly if you want your face to look longer or thinner. But it works for all face shapes.

    I love all your cuts, but for this one - as I have very similar hair - I'd advise against it, and would just to go really short on top too (I went ~21mm top, ~3->18mm fade on the sides and back, but next time I may go shorter), because from the side this "fringe" looks like you're just trying too hard against what's really happening - balding. But this is just my experience/opinion.
