Pretty much just using Miebo these days, but my tear film is pretty stable so my only issue is saponification in the tear film from low quality meibum. Not sure Miebo helps with that at all. Would be interested in a video on Miebo for sure!
My doctor here in Mexico recommended AquaDran Gel after cataract surgery. I've had dry eyes for years but it was really severe after the surgery. I use the AquaDran at nighttime and find I need to use eye drops a lot less during the day, it has really made a difference.
The iVIZIA lubricant eye GEL for severe/night dry eyes work very well for me. I do not close my eyes all the way at night so I use a weighted satin mask I purchased on Amazon that helps keep my eyes closed. The gel comes in preservative free single use vials. I also use the gel drops in the evening after a day of computer use and that can help too. I do not find this gel gummy etc. just blurred vision for about 5 minutes. Remember everyone’s experience can be different. I really appreciate your videos Dr. Allen!
Thank you for all of this, my friend. We are similar in symptoms and your solution (no pun intended) is working so I will give your protocol a try. Also, thanks, Doc, for this video!
I have very severe dry eyes, I’m always watching to see if you are trying anything new, you have helped me so much, thanks for keeping us updated. Oh and I love your beautiful blue eyes!
Close fitting safety glasses or sunglasses, work for me as they keep the moisture level high. Not much need for drops while wearing glasses. All the best.
Thank you for this wonderful video. My husband and I both have dry eye. He is a retired family physician and has watched this video 3 times. He said is was good enough to teach doctors. Thank you again. Charlotte
I developed dry eye a few years ago and have experienced some relief using a small amount of olive oil at night. It is mildly irritating, but that does encourage tear production. I am prone to sinus infections and wonder if dry eye syndrome may be a problem w/ the microbiome in the eye. The only thing that cures my sinus problems for about a year is inhaling a small amount of kimchi liquid a few times a day for about two weeks.
I'm going to get a bottle of Ivizia. My eyes are torn up right now with pollen season on top of dry eyes. I need something without preservatives so I can use more throughout the day than the Refresh ones I currently have. Thank you for the recommendations!
I was experiencing a lot of blurry vision and discomfort for around two months. I went to the doctor and recommended the Refresh Omega 3, Systane (complete) and a gel (think Systane). I bought all three. Both these two eye drops would make me feel discomfort in the eyes. Would help for a few minutes with my blurry vison. The gel was totally awful. I would feel a little pressure and even dryness during blinking. I bought Ivizia eye drops in Walmart for around $10.00. It is very good. But would work better in the beginning. One thing that I noticed of this one is that I do not feel discomfort. Ivizia helped with blurry vision but then not that much. I stopped using eye drops altogether. My blurry vision has improved. But I still often have red eyes. I noticed that hard water was affecting my vision as well. . I cleaned my faucet that was partially clogged. Just leave the faucet for two hours submerged in vinegar. There are plenty of videos on youtube on how to clean them. Now that my vision is practically back to normal I will try Ivizia again. I feel that might still be suffering from dry eyes.
I live in Montana, where it is always dry, known as the high desert country. My eyes are always dry, I am also 76 and I’ve had cataract surgery, which seems to make my eyes more dry. The best product that I have used is Systane hydration PF. The one that comes in the bright blue box. Thank you for your video.❤
I totally agree I have been using the Ivizia since I saw them in another video he made, they have helped much more than the brand I used for years and definitely more affordable so I find I use them a little more. Thanks Doc!
I’ve had severe chronic dry eye for about 10 years now, starting when I was around 14/15. Where I’m from, Twin Cities, MN, the winters can get quite dry and exacerbate my symptoms. It is absolutely true that dry eye is very complex and full of numerous different factors. At least for me, discovering TheraTears (primarily the single-use vials) changed my life. I also just recently began using Ivizia which I’ve found compliments TheraTears eye drops very nicely for my eyes. No burning sensations and longer lasting than other eye drops. Using these along with consistent, daily warm eye compresses at night have helped tremendously. 😊
Before my November 2024 Cataract surgeries my Eye Doctor gave me Systane Complete to use. I have been using these eye drops ever since. Both surgeries went very well and still using the Systane Complete eye drops as my eyes heal. Seem to work for me and don't blur my vision. I have never used any eye drops before my Cataracts. Thanks for the video.
I wear eyeglasses ... and have mild rosacea which did cause an ocular rosacea bout at one time ... Was treated with Restasis and Doxycycline ... but my daily drop for eyes which is usually first thing in the morning is Refresh Optive Mega3. Seems to work very well for me.
Loved this! My previous optometrist suggested I use drops for dry eyes when I’m using screens a lot but only told me to avoid ‘red eye’ formulas. I bought some drops and experienced irritation and worsening symptoms so I went back to the pharmacy and bought something else that had different ingredients. Lo and behold I just checked the ingredients and I switched from a product containing benzalkonium chloride to a product containing polyethylene glycol and sodium hyaluronate. I knew I had an improvement and now I know why.
Using Systane Hydration PF for a couple years and works beautifully! I used to have a lot of issues with my eyes but it’s been months since my eyes got super red and irritated due to dryness. I’ve tried several others, including systane complete, Ivizia but the hydration is my fav Thanks for all the content, it helped me a lot (:
great video Dr. Allen!! I had cataract surgery a year ago and have suffered with dry eye ever since. Miserable!! I ordered Systane Hydration PF which has the active ingredient Polyethylene Glycol and it has changed my life!!!! No other eye drop has helped my condition. For some reason, this one is my Cinderella's slipper. My comfort level is dramatically better!! No more mucus strings and irritation. I thought all OTC eye drops were going to give basically the same outcome. Lesson learned. It is trial and error. Thanks to you, I tried a new one. Changed my life!!! Thank you Dr. Allen 🥰
Thanks for researching and providing names of these many eyedrop options, especially the ones that are preservative free. I found that the preservatives must bother my eyes so I definitely avoid them.
I have uveitis from an autoimmune problem and also suffer from severe dry eyes. I have 2 eye specialists including a retina and an uveitis specialist. Both of them recommended the Systane PF drops for me and they are GREAT!! They've really helped my eyes feel better and Systane also has a nightime gel that's good. The Systane feels so refreshing ane doesn't cause any burning. I have to take other prescribed eye drops as well and the Systane doen't interfere with them at all.
Systane Complete for me as well, when I get up and just before bed. Before i started using it, I used to often wake up feeling like I had sand in my eyes. I purchase at Costco, box of 3 bottles for around $22 Canadian.
I tried both Systane Complete and Systane Hydration. They were ok. Now I'm using retaine mgd. They make my eyes feel much better. I do want to try the ivizia when I finish this box. I enjoyed your video.
Hey thank you! Retaine MGD is also good and I used to use it a lot. Eventually it started to sting my eyes so I dropped away from it. Otherwise I know a lot of people who do great with Retaine
I tried Ivizia drops because of your recommendation and I LOVE them. The dry eye relief seems to last longer. Thank you for your outstanding information.
Thanks for saying you take your Omega 3 because I have been forgetting to take my fish oil capsules. I like the Refresh with Mega-3 because it seems to help with my Meibomian problem. Also, I've been using Ivizia lately and it feels good to my eyes. I am upset that Similsan eye drops brand were taken off the market in the United States. Thanks for your recommendations and have a great day Doc!
Super helpful and detailed video, thank you. I have tried some products listed and will try new ones as well. Good to know I probably should go back to the ointment now using a CPAP regularly. Word of caution about that blink drops with PEG: PEG, being almost ubiquitous in many health, household and medical medical products, but people can be sensitive to that product even allergic. In addition, anyone having little crystals causing irritation or itchiness around the eyes may get aggravated with that product. It is related to Crystal oxalates.
I have tried so many drops over the years my eye Dr has recommended, and Systane Complete helps me the most along with ointment at night. Some others made my eyes more dry.
After a month of using castor oil on my eyelids I have noticed the following: improvement in my dry eye, less puffiness above my eyes in the above lid area, faster growth of eyebrows, and increase in brow/hair growth where applied, and a huge improvement in in discoloration/age spots on the lid as well as on my cheeks. It seems my crow’s feet are also somewhat improved. I was trying to improve a huge patch of floaters that developed and did not resolve after cataract surgery and one round of laser treatment to break up the patch.Unfortunately, it did not go away, HOWEVER, the darkness of some floaters in the patch completely lessened and overall, my eyesight seems improved, and my dry eye is much improved. The patch of floaters is less bothersome, although I do plan on visiting a retina specialist to have them removed (simple procedure, in-office). I never put the oil directly in my eye, only above and below the eye. This Dr. is great, he tells truths, puts terms and ideas in context and doesn’t talk down to us - I will try the eye drops with castor oil going forward. But, I do plan on continuing 100% castor oil to reduce signs of aging on the skin. It truly is miraculous stuff. Get preservative-free, cold-pressed, organic oil in a glass (NOT PLASTIC) bottle, on Amazon-about $12 a bottle.
@@medhikasingh6327 yes. Few months in now, and my eyes will actually tear up A LOT, whereas before castor oil, that never ever happened. I no longer feel like I have dry eye. My skin looks amazing, too. Brown age spots almost faded away! Floaters also improved more, but didnt go away.
I’m trying Siccaforte gel for my severe dry eye, it doesn’t make my vision super blurry like other ointments and I feel relieved. I have chronic dry eye and I’m always looking for ways to save money. thank you so much for your time!
I've been prescribed Miebo eye drops a couple of weeks ago. I hadn't heard of them. So far so good. They are lubricating and don't sting. Thanks for the informative videos.
Refresh Optive Mega-3 Lubricant Eye Drops, Preservative-Free, 0.01 Fl Oz Single are the eye drops my Opthamologist told my husband to use cause it has flaxseed oil and helps the glands.
@@DoctorEyeHealth those tops for the eye drops looks interesting but it says it’s only for one use only on a bottle, too bad that would be expensive for me, I use a new bottle every month.
I have developed dry eyes after taking antihistamines. My eyes get alot better when i stop, but they dont seem to fully heal, and are really irritated . My doc just tells me to take antihistamines, but i have tried several and they all dry out my eyes. Really at a loss for what to do... Thank you for your vids, at least they give some inspiration and insight.
Question: What is “mucus strand buildup?” (I think I have that and I’ve never known what it was) Thank you Doctor Allen! I love your channel! I am a subscriber and I check it out because I trust you for all of my eye issues and questions.
I recently had cataract surgery and opted for light adjustable lens, which require several follow-up visits. Turns out I have MGD and had a difficult time getting accurate readings on my vision. The Retaine nighttime ointment is great at bedtime, with the added benefit of blurry vision: you can’t use your technology. Like the doctor, Systane Hydration formula is my favorite for normal use. I will also be trying out Blink soon to see how it works for my MGD. Tip for users new to eyedrops: if you want preservative free (PF), the single dose is easy to use since the little PF bottles are next to impossible to squeeze. How I used the entire bottle required pre-op without stabbing my eyes….. Thanks for the info about ingredients. I never could find a chart somewhere that compared ingredients with uses, across brands. Just trying to differentiate Systane formulations was impossible.
I like Ivizia a lot because it blends right in and doesn't feel strange or heavy. The Blink 3 in 1 extended relief is GREAT and is another drop that blends in and doesn't feel thick or heavy.
I have severe redness and I thought it could be allergic...So I tried Alaway allergy drops and it gave me horrible red veins in my eyes for days...it has benzakoniium chloride as a preservative but didn't notice until you mentioned in this video
Systane Hydration PF for the win 4x a day. It feels better than the Restasis. Xidra was awful, burning and blurring vision for an hour or more with each dose. Thankful to have insurance.
For dry, "computer-stressed" eyes, I used Bausch & Lomb with blue label (or the CVS knockoff). No fancy ingredients, and this one always soothed my eyes. I've not used drops in some while, so I'll double check next time I buy as these may have that preservative you mentioned.
My dry eyes are largely due to climate and chronic illness that interferes with my ability to stay hydrated even with regular infusions. Added to that i wear rgp lenses. I frequently wake in the night with my eyelids stuck to my eyes and i have to use my fingers to unstick them - yeah that hurts. I use a nighttime gel, steam masks, frequent daily drops.. systane pe mostly. I feel like a hamster on a wheel getting nowhere fast. I'm excited to hear of some new brands/types of drops; maybe there's hope for me yet!
I'm about to have cataract surgery and my opthamologist gave me Ivizia sample to use for a week before being measured. I've previously been using Refresh Tears that I buy in bulk at Costco. Ivizia is much better. Don't be tricked into buying the .16 fl oz, which is the sample size that they gave me. buy the larger size, because there's barely enough in the .16 to last more than a few days. It works though!
So far, the Optase Advanced is working pretty well. The eye drops my eye doctor prescribed , however, had a crystalline contamination or precipitation ... I assume that one of the dissolved chemicals fell out of solution. Shaking the bottle did not seem to help. (That product was made in France, as I recall, and they did have a recall on some of their products for that exact issue). I am still shopping for the ideal solution for me ... I am probably not dosing often enough. I will try some of the products you have mentioned in your video and will dose 1 to 2 times more per day to see if that helps.
I purchased the iVizia eye drops last week. They had a $3 off coupon on their website. I apparently keep scratching my cornea in my left eye because my eyelid does not close all the way at night when sleeping. So I put a drop or two into that eye at night before bed. I use to use the Blink Gel Tears but they were messy and blurred my vision in that eye. I have never seen the Optase in my area. I will see how the iVizia drops work so far so good but it has only been a few days. I think they are on the pricey side but post Covid they all are expensive. Some of these eye products are $20-$40 at the drug store.
Thank you for your informative post. You asked what eye drops were a game changer - for me, it was Similisan Dry Eye Relief, a homeopathic product. When I was first diagnosed with an epithelial corneal dystrophy about 15 years ago, I was given 1-2 sample-sized bottles of pretty much all the products that were available at that time. EVERY ONE of them presented some type of problem for me, but when I searched for alternative and found Similisan, it was literally a game changer, and I've been using it all this time. Unfortunately, while it was not one of the brands that was recalled, apparently the FDA pulled it along with the conventional eye drops, and as far as I know there are no plans to reinstate it at this time.
Me too, and they had a recall a few months ago. Recently trying Refresh Tears PF Preservative Free but the Caboxymethylcellulose is a word that bothers me, and these sting my eyes. Hope they get Similisan Homeopathic Eye Relief back on the market as I hate all the chemicals in these other ones.
@@trishalee3198 I'm trying blink triple care Dry Eye 3-in-1 extended relief with a "soft" preservative b/c I don't like the "single use" PF packets, but they haven't impressed me so far - at least they don't seem to have side effects for my sensitive eyes. Good luck on your journey.
I have severe dry eyes. I wake up with very crusted eyes and they continue to recrust throughout the day. Recently they have gotten worse, I can no longer wear any eye makeup. It's very frustrating! I was on restasis for awhile, but that seemed to make my eyelashes brittle. So now I'm just using OTC eye drops. I've been using the Refresh Optive MEGA-3 during the day and at night using GenTeal Tears gel drops. But I'm still having a lot of issues. I think I'm going to try the first drops on your list here and see how that helps! Thanks for the info!
I use GenTeal drops. They have made such a difference in my thyroid eye disease. I have Grave's disease, and my eyes don't stay closed while I'm sleeping. I get up with terribly dry eyes, and the drops feel so good and relieving.
Hi Doc! Thank you for sharing this information. We just learned that peri o post menopausal woman due to lack the estrogen one of the symptoms are dry eyes. Would you recomend these brand as well for theses cases? Thank you in advance!!😊
I have dry eyes. Been having this problems for like 4 years. Whenever my eyes starts to have tears and pain of tears happening on my eyes. I feel that I need to wash my hands 1st with hand sanitizer wipes or hand sanitizer liquid before I touch my eyes because of avoid getting Covid. The eyes drops I use is Systematic Refresh, I believe that’s the name. Do u encourage not to use eye drops everyday?
I'm in Canada and have very dry eyes. My optometrist suggested I - Drop Pur drops, 1 drop every hour for the first week and then 4- 6 times a day along with Systane gel drops at night. I have a brand new bottle of Refresh Optive Advanced with castor oil. One ingredient is Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium. I'm not sure what that is or if I should use them as I was told to use drops without preservatives....
Thank you for a very interesting and informative video! Before I knew I had dry eyes, I started out putting saline solution in my eyes and it helped but I had to repeat it throughout the day. I've been using Systane for about 4-5 years now but I finally had to switch back to Genteal b/c Systane started to make my eyes burn!! Yikes! Could I be allergic to the preservative??
👀 Been using CASTOR OIL for a few mos now, & it’s def reduced EYE FLOATERS, DRYNESS & improved my near & far vision!! It’s also helped with the purplish/visible veins under my eye bags
I use Optase Dry Eye Intense ( which comes with a metered dosing cap) & Refresh Releiva..both have glycerin in them and work the best for me...haven't moved to the MGD ones yet in those brands
The eyedrop Miebo by Bausch and Lomb is excellent! It helps to increase evaporation of the aqueous portion of the tears; however, unless you have good insurance coverage, it is prohibitively expensive; for example, with my insurance plan, the cost for a 30 day supply is over $300! It is available from European countries as OTC, and believe it or not costs only $15-20 there! Unfortunately, I have tried to order from a few countries, including UK and Germany and they will not ship to the US😢; my advice is that if you are planning to visit any European country is to buy some there: it is sold under several OTC names like Evo Tears and Hycosan Shield for less than $20
300$ 😮😮 How is that possible?? I just bought a tiny bottle (3 ml.) for 28$ OTC in Denmark, the drops are super oily and I ended up with a stye the day after.. however that price sounds insane to say the least. 😱
@@Navi-kn6is yeah. Plus, it's a natural alternative. I also use N-Acteyl Carnosine eyedrops to keep my eyes protected from glycation. I am a biohacker.
Thank you so much my eye doctor says I have a pretty bad case of the myoglobin gland dysfunction. She hast like dig it out of my eyelids couple times a year so I will be trying the blink triple drop and what a great idea on the nano dropper I’ll be buying both. Thank you again, Tina.
@@medhikasingh6327 Good question. I actually never really have occasion to cry. And I don’t cook, so I don’t cut onions. Was this your experience with Ivizia?
Dr. what natural eye drops would u suggest for red and dry eyes that really work and last longer than maybe the one that says it whitens ur eyes for 8 hrs
It's Miebo, not Meibo. You can get EvoTears from Europe for a 98% savings. EvoTears is the same as Miebo, and it's over the counter in Europe. My eye doctor approved my use of EvoTears in place of Miebo. I live in the U.S.
@@DoctorEyeHealthI don't understand why some people like these drops so much. I've tried them on myself. I used the European analogue (Evotears), but it does not matter, since the active substance is the same - perfluorooctane, firstly, due to the low adhesion to the surface of the cornea, it is impossible to understand whether you have dropped or not, for the same reason, a drop can ricochet off the surface of the eye somewhere sideways along the cheek, it feels like diluted castor oil that irritates the conjunctiva, are our eyes really that different!? I don't understand, but even on the forum people wrote that perfluorooctane is a useless substance, a waste of money, besides Hylo stopped respecting the buyer so much that they released a 3 ml bottle, that's 280 drops, it's barely enough for a week if used sparingly My opinion 2/10 for this product
I've been using lubricating eye drops for over a year now. I've changed brands multiple times and am currently using one of the Systane products. My complaints so far is that the drops usually make things worse when I use them. I do the moist warm eye compresses. That does help a lot. That with the eye lid hygiene, I sometimes do not need my drops in the morning as they tear up pretty well now and I don't have the redness and the infections anymore.
Thanks as always. I'm curious about the effectiveness of the Omega-3 in EvoTears eye drops. Does the Omega-3 in these drops offer any real benefit for overall Omega-3 absorption, or is it primarily included as a marketing claim to address and sell better dry eye symptoms? - thanks!
I'm European and love the Thealoz Duo drops I've been using on the recommendation of my optician. I picked up some Systane hydrating drops when I ran out of the Thealoz on a trip to Australia, and they work fine, but either the drop size is larger or tge formulation is different enough and it takes forever for them to "sink in".
Your videos are always so helpful, but I do have one suggestion... In your video you mentioned that some drops are safe with contacts. It would be great if you included "contacts safe" in your comments about products so that I don't have to replay the video and take notes on the ones that do and don't work with contacts.
Thanks for the suggestion! Easily enough, drops that are approved for contact lenses usually have it printed on the label. Such as Blink for Contacts or Refresh for Contacts.
I really appreciate all this information. I've been a sufferer of dry eye after laser and cataract surgery (on my left eye). right eye doesn't bother me at all but no laser work done on right eye. Does the laser destroy oil glands?
Hey doctor,i reside in europe and I find it rather difficult to buy products manufactured in the US,so i just wanted to ask the Thealoz duo eyedrops should have the same results as the Ivizia eyedrops right?
Winter has had my eyes sooo dry this year! And honestly, I had surgery (ICL + LASIK) and I think that made them a bit more dry as well. Bought some drops from yoir links and so excited for them to arrive... because OUCH! 🫠
I have meibomian gland dysfunction and would like to try the product Meibo, but it's way out of my price range. Thanks for keeping me aware of my options.
my doc wrote prescription for Miebo, insurance pushed back and said I had to try & failed Restatis AND Xiidri, even though I pay a bulk of the cost with High deductible insurance plant 😡

Last week, my eye doctor approved my use of EvoTears in place of Miebo. I live in the U.S. My insurance had approved me for Miebo, as I had tried and failed with Restasis. Shortly, thereafter, I learned of EvoTears, which is a game changer for me. I was on Tyrvaya for 1.5 years, but I started getting sinus headaches, so Miebo was approved in the U.S. just in time for me. Miebo cost is $834, while EvoTears is $17. I've been on Miebo/EvoTears since November 2023.
At about the 7:48 min point into the video, you provide a warning regarding avoiding BAK (a preservative) while appearing to use the label on a box of recommended drops (Systane Complete pf) thereby appearing to contradict your earlier statement endorsing Systane Complete PF. What gives?
My favorite eye drop for my eyes is the Refresh Mega-3. My eye doctor says my tears evaporate in 1 second and I have little oil. I would love to try the Miebo drops but Medicare doesn’t cover them. I hear they have a similar drop in Europe that costs $17 a bottle. My daughter is going to London in October and I will see if she can get me a bottle to see if they help me.
What are some of your favorite eye drops? Was anything a game changer for you?

I am using ivizia based on your previous recommendation. They are fantastic.
Glad you like them!
Thank for your knowledge. I quit using Sustane as it has propylene glycol in it.
?
Why would you avoid that?
I wear eyeglasses ... and have mild rosacea which did cause an ocular rosacea bout at one time ... Was treated with Restasis and Doxycycline ... but my daily drop for eyes which is usually first thing in the morning is Refresh Optive Mega3. Seems to work very well for me.
Glad to hear that!
Hi Doc. Can you do a vid on castor oil? Would love to hear your thoughts on this. ❤
Using Systane Hydration PF for a couple years and works beautifully! I used to have a lot of issues with my eyes but it’s been months since my eyes got super red and irritated due to dryness.
I’ve tried several others, including systane complete, Ivizia but the hydration is my fav
Thanks for all the content, it helped me a lot (:
Wasn't there a recall on those a year or so ago
i’ve been using bausum and laum sooth or systane hydration but yes eye drops are expensive thanks for another informative video I always learn so much
Thank you! Soothe is another good one!
great video Dr. Allen 🥰

Great info! The explanation is very easy to understand! Thank you for sharing about Best Eye Drops for Dry Eyes!

Systane complete I've been using once a day been improvement in my dry eye symptoms a good drop

Ivizia was a gamechanger for me. Thank you for the recommendation!
Hey thank you! And yes, I should have an updated video on omegas in the coming few months
I just ordered some Ivizia! Hope it works!
Me too
Super helpful and detailed video, thank you.
What brand of castor oil do you like in the glass bottle ?
Could you share the brand please?
any brand that meets the preservative-free, cold-pressed, organic standards and comes in a glass bottle. Amazon has several.

I have developed dry eyes after taking antihistamines. My eyes get alot better when i stop, but they dont seem to fully heal, and are really irritated . My doc just tells me to take antihistamines, but i have tried several and they all dry out my eyes. Really at a loss for what to do...
Thank you for your vids, at least they give some inspiration and insight.
yes my eye dr. told me that also....all those antihistamines, nasal sprays, etc. will dry out your eyes especially as you get older
I felt less dry after using Blink. I tried two kinds. Also tried sustain. I felt the most relief with Blink.
Question: What is “mucus strand buildup?” (I think I have that and I’ve never known what it was)
Thank you Doctor Allen! I love your channel! I am a subscriber and I check it out because I trust you for all of my eye issues and questions.
Where do you purchase eye mask you describe in presentation. One for warm compress.
Best combination in my opinion is Thealoz Duo during the day and Thea Lipid at night and early morning.
This is so helpful! My eye doc just told me to get any eye drop, but there is so much to it. Really appreciate it!

Wish you the best for cataract surgery! I’m sure it will go fantastic!

I love the Ivizia, too
I have severe dry eyes.
Perhaps trying the castor oil on your eyelids would be helpful for your eyelashes (but not IN you eyes).
I use GenTeal drops. They have made such a difference in my thyroid eye disease. I have Grave's disease, and my eyes don't stay closed while I'm sleeping. I get up with terribly dry eyes, and the drops feel so good and relieving.
The Omega3 tabs you recommended have helped greatly for me.

Unfortunately, I have tried to order from a few countries, including UK and Germany and they will not ship to the US😢; my advice is that if you are planning to visit any European country is to buy some there: it is sold under several OTC names like Evo Tears and Hycosan Shield for less than $20
thanks for sharing! I have a patient who orders it online somewhere. I hope to do a video reviewing Miebo sometime soon.
300$ 😮😮 How is that possible?? I just bought a tiny bottle (3 ml.) for 28$ OTC in Denmark, the drops are super oily and I ended up with a stye the day after.. however that price sounds insane to say the least. 😱

Fantastic! I plan to do a video on meibo soon!
I don't understand, but even on the forum people wrote that perfluorooctane is a useless substance, a waste of money, besides Hylo stopped respecting the buyer so much that they released a 3 ml bottle, that's 280 drops, it's barely enough for a week if used sparingly

- thanks!
to my knowledge the omega 3 in these drops play a role in stabilizing the tear film - but as far as absorbing into any ocular tissues - I am unaware.
Thanks! Very informative. I need eye drops for my parched eyes. I stopped using them with the news of people going blind!
