I don't understand Boss Kim way of thinking. You get yourself evaluated so that you can improve your quality of work. Working in such a long time might astray you from your initial objective, plus you'll never know that by looking from other people's perspective will make you even better person, whether for your work or personality. Just my 2 cents.

@@yoonalim4250they're probably busy and also in the first episode of Boss Kim comeback episode she mentions that they open a new branch.. Maybe the old staff is in the old building and this is the staff for the new one.. Idk.. Working in fashion industry is really busy after all..
I disagree with acting like a maid. That will only cause problems later on like people thinking they are better than others and making them willing to step all over everyone "lower" than them. Basically how you make divas and nasty people.

As a Gen Z , we think that we work better in a healthy and cooperative environment rather than stricken and controlled one’s 😂
