Don't focus on your rank too much, and if you'll end up in a slumber again just do a reset again and just don't play the game yet for a couple of hours or even a day. And if you're solo queueing, blame all the misplays on yourself, always have a mindset of "what could have I done better?" every time you die. Just relax and chill man!
