Building a better structure for employees

I lost my only employee after 12 years, for a smart ass remark. Ooops. Best choice ever. We saving Hella money on wages. Still hitting quota, and then some.

I see , I felt that way with some guys I've fired in the past,
I now look into peoples' personal lives and it really speaks a lot about thier character
