talking about my Experience with managing employees I am seeing a common trend with owners complaining about employees and I am also seeing a trend of how owners treat their employees In this video I explain the cause and effect of not properly training from the start and how it can hurt your business

Timberwolf tw5hd review (small annoying flaws but overall a beast!)
Just ordered some Hoffman all leather lineman’s with composit toe I hope I love the m they were over $400
Great review! Wanted to get your thoughts on chipping 10" minus pine logs. I am in the market for a machine like this and was wondering if you can speak to plusses and minuses of using this machine for logs? Is gas engine still recommended? Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!
@NuDig55 12xpc is a great all around machine max capacity is 12 inches , So 10 inch pine would be no problem, but I will always say I'm never upset to have too big of a chipper Larger chippers are a game changer if you can afford one I suggest buying the 18 or the 19xpc 19xpc has done us wonders , The 12 is a great chipper and I'm actually about to buy another one
Too much talking get to work
Hey Sam, what would be your best recommend for a log grapple attachment on the CTX 160? I am currently in the market for a machine and want to avoid this grapple problem you ran into with that attachment. Thank you!
We just purchased 2 bmg pro 3000 grapples they have fixes this issue Any bmg grapples have check valves which will fix this
What about vs rootballs?
Some way that flow should be able to turn up..
Good to know about the grapple! I have a mini ex with a rotating grapple. Works really well...considering a mini skid for a second crew. They quoted me $8K for a rotating log grapple for a Vermeer CTX160. Thanks
Tree service settles, pays $38K for Florence price-gouging! Stein announced Friday a settlement was reached with Canary Tree Service. Owned by Justin Hartmann, the company will refund six customers more than $38,000 for services it conducted in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence.
Justin Hartmann should be in prison and barred from tree work!
On a boot without a heel I have always rapped the lower strap around the down bar on the gag to keep it as on with the foot
Gaf
I have the same machine and the door where it meets the frame is poorly designed as it got damaged and in order to replace it you have to cut the hinges
Would like to have one of these.
They lift 1600 lbs not 4000 lbs lol
The ctx 160 can lift 4,000 lbs You understand that thier ratings are 1/3 of what the machine can actually lift ?
No sir, i have a CTX 160 we use in concrete demo in daily basis , 2200 is the max i have ever lifted without tilting @@samstheman7633
Nice work. Is that a 12XP or 15?
19xp
nicely done 💪👊
💪
I have one same 3 axels 8k axles looks nice
Nice set up 👍
'Promo SM'
U think it work on a mt 85 bobcat about it cost or information on it
It's needs 40 hp or more , I'm sure you could do small stuff with it but it wouldn't be worth the cost There anywhere from 21o- 26k
Also the head weighs about 1400 lbs so I don't belive the Mt could lift it
Cool! congratulation's on the property. I recommend building a barn you can work on equipment in soon as possible. I live down in Cincinnati you should come down and visit sometime.
Your voice sounds a lot like Governor DeSantis.
Crazy man. Glad this is still out here for everyone. This guy helped mess the insurance payouts for everyone. 1 scum can ruin it all. Kuddos to you for making thia
It is an issue with the locking valve in your grapple circuit or they didn't check pressure correctly at the gear pump. The Ditch Witch actually uses a single circuit with a valve spool which will not consistently give positive lock. Designed more for continuous flow to prevent back feeding pressure. That 160 will outperform a 1550 with hydraulic attachments. There's definitely something wrong with a component. You can make that unit produce 4000 psi if you turn that relief up. Wouldn't recommend it though
I'd like to turn the system up another 400 psi if you can help me or point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it
@@samstheman7633 I do not recommend that at all. If you are still having these issues and an 800 comes anywhere close to performing like this unit in any way other than ground speed I'd stay on my dealer until they got it figured out. Many people buy the Vermeer because of it's positive locking grapple circuit. That it is part of the reason that it's there. I'd also check out the newer HD version vermeer grapple. I've owned a tna. The Vermeer grapple is a superior attachment. You can use it for much more than dragging brush too.
@@samstheman7633 if you turn it up you'll void your warranty. You also run a high risk of hose fitting leaks in the engine bay. 3000 psi is plenty for that machine in any task if that's what they actually have it set to. I wouldn't let it go until it was fixed.
Any update here?
@rg86er vermeer replaced valve it has helped it dosent fix the problem 100 percent it helped for sure, The honest fix is a branch manager grapple they have a locking check valve I do like the tna grapple but it does not have a check valve
I didn't know you had a UA-cam channel.
Ever get paid?
heard nothing about bad about this guy.. scum bag crap!!!!
Next step up would be the 6.2L Ford for a gasoline unit, they are smooth, make a ton of torque and as long as you keep the knives sharp, they just run and run. That might be the best configuration there, super simple.
Most 23 yr olds these days have no clue! Keep grinding 💥
Its a beautiful thing i went from a 100 bandit to a 250xp with a winch and crush about twice the horsepower too just a huge difference!
Great video, torn between the 12-22 and the 22-28 you just made up my mind going with the 12-22 going to order the tall 4 way also.
I just got the intrepid 130. Starting to think it was a good purchase. That 4k lift capacity does sound really nice though.
The intrepid are nice I ran them st the shows and know Chris from mini loaders pretty well, I don't think a wheel loader fits my market well too many hills / uneven terrain
@@samstheman7633 I live in Cincinnati, I use a tx1000 more steep terrain and the 130 on Flat ground...I have rolled the 130 twice in a month
I love my sk800! And no grease fittings is so nice for maintenance.
That sucks !! 60k and its doesn't grip and hold logs. Still like the way the vermeer looks . Gotta stay with Ditch witches speed is huge !!
“It’s a warrantied motor”. Unfortunately that’s a very common thing with this grinder. Those motors blow with alarming frequency
Great video I like
You have no clue about that crane. You need to take a class or two buddy. You DO NOT have to go full extension. But you do need to get all tires off the ground for it to be set up properly. Please take some classes and if your doing everything right like you CLAIM then you should be certified. Not being an ass. But I can already see the outcome of your arrogance
If you are dumb enough to sign on to a six month pay cycle you deserve to get screwed.
Thanks for the review 👍🏼
Thanks for the in-depth review🙏😊
Keep up the hard work
I use an air compressor and aim it down the bar groove and keep blowing air until nothing comes out.
Proud of ya man, that's really exciting! Looking forward to seeing it in action. Stay safe out there.
Congrats brother I got layed off from a public job 2 months ago and I'm 34 years old. Worked public job since I was 18 with a side hustle mowing and cutting trees. So I told my wife I am going full time tree work and landscaping. Best decision I ever made. Love hard work because it's so rewarding. Very impressive to see where you are at in your business at 24. Congrats brother keep doing what you do. People like you have inspired me to go after my dreams.
Looks good Sam🤙
I just looked him up again, apparently the FBI is looking into his practices (price gouging insurance) hope karma Comes and kicks his ass!
Justin is in some deep shit, he hasn’t made payments on a few of his trucks and he’s being sued for nonpayment, almost 2.5 million. I’m further convinced Justin is a con artist and his smoke in mirrors operation is crashing down around him.
Just to make sure people understand...... the price you might be quoted on the Diamond-C website is not the price you are actually going to pay at your local dealer. Most dealers will mark down that price a substantial amount. Always check with your local dealers to get an accurate price.
That was a dealer quote ,
I had a Texas Pride as well and sold it about six months after I bought it. The paint was absolutely horrible, flaking off in places literally the day I picked it up. The overall quality of the Texas Pride was disappointing as well. I have a Load Trail now and the powder coat they use is holding up so much better. I'm just a homeowner user so I couldn't justify the $$ for the Diamond-C, but I did look at them and the quality was fantastic.
What’s the price difference?
I got the purple paint free cause I wouldn't buy a yellow vermeer lol I think it's 1000 normally
