Great video and history on the character. I like to get these types of coins for my children aswell. My only issue with these is they are just uv printed on a flat surface. If it end up out of the tep it will rub right off and be a blank. I prefer the colorized over pressed coins everyday of the week. Ive been seeing alot of the UV printed bars in the art bar world and am glad people are starting to do the UV over pressed
I've never been a fan of colorized bullion, but to each their own. I'm all for variations of silver. I'm usually a sucker for odd shaped bullion. Bullets, throwing stars, I even have a silver periodic table. Just not a fan of colorized 😂
Thanks for taking the hit on these colorized coins for your viewers. For me, colorized coins are a gimmick- some do look beautiful, but I will be sticking with shiny coins without any added colors to them.
@@cultureofcurrency The always show up in the secondary market about a year later. I picked up a lot of the colorized American Eagle last year people were giving them away.
@@jimtillapaugh5551 Interesting! This is a mintage of 3000 and Samoa. Not sure if being in the states and minting tens of millions have something to do with that but it is crazy that an ounce is below spot!
About the only colorized bullion I pick up are the Coca Cola ones because I have been able to quickly flip them for a profit to Coca Cola collectors for fast profits. Otherwise I don't mess with them.
Noted. I had no idea what these would be in the hand. I am glad I picked them up but am not sure what the level of interest I would have to be to get another.
It is heat sealed and crimped. The air that is in cannot escape and the outside are cannot get it. Milking would not happen due to air but toning in theory could from sulfur.
Excellent review.
Daffy was something to look forward to on Saturday morning TV.
Thanks for the memories.
Yes! Love him!
I agree about the colorized stuff having a well presented sticker vibe, often for a higher premium then the regular engraved version.
@@Kelton-50R80 true but these were ok a heck of a sale and were lower for some reason!!! I guess I got lucky!
I never knew they had them❤ thanks for sharing culture 👍
Yes!! Is Daffy a t-bird??
No but he's a fine feathered friend 👍 🐦🔥 LoL 😂 😆 @@cultureofcurrency

Thank you for the information! I will for sure leave them in the packaging knowing that!
M’lord brings the heat again - reviews are better than the products
That is high praise my friend!
The most important thing to learn about collecting silver is that silver and gold will never outperform Bitcoin
Silver is just fun money for me...My other investments are where the growth is.
Colorized coins aren't "despicable". They just aren't for everyone. Collect what makes you happy!
Agreed!
Super cool

David! I understand completely. Needed to see one in hand to make my mind up.

Thank you! I did not know what side of the fence I was on and thought it would be good for viewers to know what to expect.
I only buy them when they are below spot price 😂
If you can find this lower, you SHOULD! That would be quacky!

I stayed for the Daffy Duck history lesson. 😂
What a quack! LOL
Cool pieces! Just hate that they cost more and you get less back later due to refining costs
That is a great point!
Really cool
Thank you!
Nice coins
They do have colorized ASE ' s
True
Cool comic coins
I agree! Really cool!

Coke ones are for sure a hit!
@@cultureofcurrency Though I did pick up one of the Tetris 40th anniversary rounds from APMEX just because Im a nerd for the heck of it.
Not a big fan of colorized coins (or the packaging it comes in), but I appreciate the appeal to others.

I got a 40th anniversery sonic colored one.
@@Johndough-i5f dude!! That is amazing! I had Sonic on Sega and loved that game… even though I stunk at it.
Was the genesis your first console?
@@Johndough-i5f it was actually a game gear… then the genesis. My last console was the original X box but I think the 64 was my favorite.
that packaging is not air rights and leads to milking/toning

Who doesn't love Daffy? But my favorite is SpongeBob SquarePants! He's really smart because he absorbs everything! 😁😁
LOL
OR DAFFYCURRENCY? CURRENCYMAN? LOL
LOL I think cultureduck is a winner.
I too am a Daffy Duck fan but I hope you didn’t overpay for these as in my experience they just don’t retain any value above melt. Still cool tho’ 🙂👍
I actually got these on a huge sale and paid around $5 over spot where most of my premium stuff is closer to $8
Not a fan of colorized, but for looney tunes, an exception can be made..
YES! Hey!!! I went to the PO box and guess what?? IT ARRIVED!!!! I LOVE your chip! The red and grey are awesome!
Oh I wonder if they have Marvin the Martian
Ohhhh!!! I did not even think to check! That would be a popular one!
Not much into the trademark stuff, but I can see the appeal to the kids. Take it out of the packaging or not?
I think not with the packaging. It is a cool contrast and also helps a future buyer know there is not any bad scratches
I give them to my kids for good grades.
That is SUCH a cool gift....I have good grades.
not much for stickered coins.
These are UV printed. Not stickers. I get it though...They look a lot like it.
CULTUREDUCK?CULTUREMAN? LOL NICE ONCE IN AWHILE DOESNT HURT WE ALL GET A"SHINY" PIECE THAT DOESNT MAKE SENSE BUT WE WANT IT RIGHT?
I think you are on to something. It is a quacky thing to do.
