I have tried that walnut taco meat once at a raw restaurant, - and OMG it was delish!!! I love how this dish is mostly raw, with so many amazing ingredients, my fav is definitely the sun dried tomatoes. So awesome the non vegans enjoyed it :)

One thing i've not got round to doing, but very much want to do is more raw vegan main meals I never would have thought to use walnuts in tacos - great idea!
It's definitely a great "meat" alternative. When combined with the sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms it comes close! :)
