Years after witnessing the death of Maximus at the hands of his uncle, Lucius must enter the Colosseum after the powerful emperors of Rome conquer his home. Ridley basically killed the whole cast in this movie like nothing lol I think Lucilla was wasted and should have lived to guide her son if he became emperor.

Poor Lucius. Years ago he witnessed his real father Maximus was killed by his uncle Commodus. Now he witnessed his mother killed by an arrow.

😮One thing I can honestly say I've NEVER SEEN as a History lover is a woman on the fighting floor of the Colosseum.
This movie was epic and inventive🤯. The writers deserve a raise.
This part with the people of Rome taking the soldiers dawn at the very least many of then dying is why this sequel doesn't try to be like the first film , and I love that 👏👏👏👏👏
