I really appreciate your efforts to make people aware about Indian Constitution and legal issues IPC and CrPC. Above 90% of these mob lynchings you mentioned are committed by so called cow vigilantes with political patronage. It's harming the core values of the Indian society. Harmony is an integral part of Indian society which needs to be preserved. Hatred will just divide the society. We shouldn't forget the way of non-violence of father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi. This is the country of Mahatma Gandhi. We shouldn't make it a place of hatred.
Recently two saints with thier vechicle driver are killed by the mob in maharashtra .what have u said about it?is this the matter of cow vigilants?

I believe and my full conviction that Mob lynching is all due to our Incompetent Judiciary. From top to bottom ie. District level to Supreme court all are lethargic in giving judgement.
If we solve our Judiciary then whole system could be in line.
Tell me sir, what the judgment to Nirbhaya case 2011, it's going to be 8 years, her Parents and whole country is waiting for the judgement that the culprits get capital punishment.
It is the restlessness of mob or group of people to get justice by killing the culprit on the spot. Bcz they dont believe in the Judiciary.
