If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
The first step to successful investing is figuring out your goals and risk tolerance either on your own or with the help of a financial professional but is very advisable you make use of a professional like I did. If you get the facts about saving and investing and follow through with an intelligent plan, you should be able to gain financial security over the years and enjoy the benefits of managing your money.

This is "golden." And at 46 it makes me realize I'm on the right path, as long as I keep heeding the advice. And also, age is just a number that I let mess with my head.
No it isn’t. Age is age and it has effects on your body and your mind. Your attitude and response to it is in your control, but you’re not in control of the number or the effects of aging. Stop lying to yourself by saying “age is just a number.” It’s just not true. Find ways to work around the effects of aging so the number has less power o we you. 😊

@user-ztri6op8d. Exactly! You have to play the cards you’re born and that can keep you quite busy and on your toes all your life! The trick is to keep making lemonade from the “good” lemons. Keep playin’ those cards!

A lot of times I’m waking up every 20 to 30 minute which makes sleep virtually non existent for those days, at best I’m able to sleep about an hour at a time. I thought I would eventually end myself but started leaning more on my Christian faith. I wish this video put more of an emphasis on the power of faith. I’m probably not living the most optimal life but thanks be to God, I’m at relative peace. Friends, never underestimate the power of faith in our Lord Jesus Christ
I totally agree with your opinion. You really share very good things. Thank you.
@@chestyp0311 your comment about faith in our Lord Jesus Christ is everything everyone needs to live life to the fullest. All joy, peace and success stems from our faith in Him. And the fact that you're believing and testifying to it, God will surely heal you and strengthen you both spiritually and physically... He has already strengthened you mentally. God bless you! Of all the comments i read, yours gripped me a certain way🎯💯❣️
Well said Chesty Puller.... Keep grinding. The Lord Jesus has a plan for you. Prayers that the Jesus heals the nerve pain.
Know that none of God's servants has faith unless he is satisfied with what God has done for him and what will happen to him, whether he likes them or dislikes them.
Semper Gumby, brother. You’re not alone
I am 70 and making an industry career change after retiring 3 times. The best thing one can do is to share wisdom with others…as in knowing that avocados and tomatoes are fruits; and wisdom is knowing not to put them in a fruit cocktail. Thank you to the video author - you made me wiser and feel better - Blessings to everyone!
Thank you very much
I'm so inspired by your reflections. It’s never too late to learn and live better.

55 here. When I was young I hated cliches and now I realised that cliches are cliches for a reason. Cliches are just wisdom being passed down.
Yep, eternal wisdom never changes
some cliches are knowledge nuggets
Absolutely, I've always said, cliches become cliches for a reason
Cliches have elements of truth. Not the full picture though.
@@acidthunder1 Absolutely, hard to get the convey the whole truth in a sentence
This is "golden." And at 46 it makes me realize I'm on the right path, as long as I keep heeding the advice. And also, age is just a number that I let mess with my head.
Thank you very much. Have a nice day
No it isn’t. 😊
I DID ENJOY THE LIFE LESSONS, THANK YOU!
Thank you very much ❤️
At 56 I'm still learning to rebuild my life.
Yes
As am I 🙏💞
Hello! I am 55 and I thank you for your thoughts and life experience. These quotes are right and on point. With my body breaking down, and the inability to work anymore, I still strive to make a living . . . and I still do not know my life's purpose . . . I feel totally alone in a world that has gone mad!!!
You are not alone my friend, we are one.
Thank you very much

I'm 56 years old, and one of my best students in medical school Ariadna, gave me some advice when she moved. Study hard and don't let people misguide you. I became a doctor with the help of God and my mother's advice, and her advice is always in my mind. God bless America always. Wisdom is the best treasure in our life.
Thank you very much
Thank you choosing to create blessings for America 🇺🇸 ❤

I ‘m 63 .I regret nothing ,I’m playing the cards that were dealt to me in life.
@user-ztri6op8d. Exactly! You have to play the cards you’re born and that can keep you quite busy and on your toes all your life! The trick is to keep making lemonade from the “good” lemons. You may have to throw out rotten ones, get your own sugar, ice, pitcher, spoon to stir it- you get my point. Always try to see your glass as half full not empty and do not become bitter. Keep playin’ those cards!
I dont trust anyone who says they have no regrets. It means you think you have made no mistakes, or at the very leaat haven't learned from them.
@@brianbourque6352 I just took it to mean they took life as it came, learned, and trying to make the best of whatever the circumstances, with no regrets. You can’t keep beating yourself up in life. You have to learn your lessons, clean up your messes (even if you didn’t cause it because life is sometimes not fair) and move forward. Peace
@@brianbourque6352 I can see your good point too.
Yah anyone who has no regrets hasnt lived
I’ve been following all of these rules since I was a kid. Iam in my 60s now and I can honestly say I lived my life my way. Never followed the crowd , only myself. I should write a book, called How TO FEEL 30 IN YOUR 60S. It’s all part of the journey of listening to yourself and making the best choices in life for you!!
Thank you for your wonderful sharing. Wish you always have good luck and success in life. Thank you very much.
Good day. My name is Maggie. Listen to yourself ( Soul) write that book sweetheart. It sounds like a winner 🙏♥️🙏
@@GrantLaPointe-e6q I did listen to my soul, that’s all I listened to. That’s what guided me on my path. Of course you still make bad decisions, but you correct them quickly and move on, staying in the light of what you were meant to do.
Write the book!
Just start writing. it'll write itself.

I love the emphasis on building meaningful connections and cutting out negative energy from your life. Sometimes we forget that who we spend time with can shape our future. Great reminder!
So true!
This is exactly what I needed to hear today. My birthday is this month and I will be 58. This message has inspired me to change some things. I loved all of your quotes. However, one of them touched me deeply. I have heard it before but not exactly the way you said it. The quote was, "Be careful how you talk to yourself, because you are listening!" I haven't ever heard it put quite like that. It was exactly how I needed to hear it. So, thank you. This post is the best advice and motivation I have heard in a very long time. Thank you for sharing it. You are very wise.
Thank you very much
It all sounds good to me. We got 20 answers to 20 questions. It is a great deal 👌. Thanks 😊.

Of all the great wisdom expressed here, i love the comment about getting your body to a stage where food or pharma companies can't profit from you. Apart from not overeating, the best foods for your body are often the lowest priced. I drank too much (alcohol addiction), stopped completely, then started overeating (sugar and fat addiction), stopped and now fel so much better. Junk food an junk drinks companies want you adicted to their products - thats the game they are in...
Thank you very much
In 50's now. Don't know why but for last 1 year UA-cam has been suggesting these type of videos. Now I started practicing these (or similar things from the other videos) and I couldn't agree more.
Few sweet things I embraced and am really loving it are: Cut off unwanted friends, give more attention to my child, reduce clutter at home, not buy any fancy gadgets/cars etc., Do my job so I can pay bills and not one bit more. I'm less stressed now.
One thing that I don't do is regular exercise, I will soon start it, just bit too lazy for that. Thank you for the video!
Thank you very much
Is God listening through UA-cam?
Or maybe God and UA-cam listen independently?
Beautiful, thank you Frank

My favorite: "Be careful how you talk to yourself, because you are listening".
We never really outgrow the child within, do we?. We listen to everything, all the time. Including what may be troubling us. We learn. We make changes. We then live better the next day. Rinse and repeat.
Thank you very much. Have a nice day
