HEART GRANNY SQUARE (MAKE 12) With A, make an MC Round 1. Ch 3 (count as 1st DC), 2 DC into MR, (ch 2, 3 DC) x3, ch2, close circle, sl st to end round Round 2. Sl st into the next st [sl st into this stitch later], 8 DC in first corner, ch 1, 1 sc in the second corner, ch 1, skip 1 st, 2 SC into same st, ch 1[mark back loop of this st], 2 SC into the same st [the one before], ch 1, skip 1 st, 1 SC in third corner, ch 1, 8 DC in the fourth corner, sl st to end round Leave the loop from the last sl st loose, remove crochet hook, turn to the back of the heart shape, grab the loop to the back, chain 1, cut and secure yarn With B Round 3. Work this round blo only. Make a slip knot, 1 sc in the st after the stitch marker, 1 HDC, 1 DC, ch 2, 1 DC, 1 HDC, 5 SC, ch 2, 3 SC, 1 HDC in the sl st (full stitch, no blo), 3 SC, ch 2, 5 SC, 1 HDC, 1 DC, ch 2, 1 DC, 1 HDC, 1 SC, sl st to end the round Round 4. I finnaly finnished this piece and it turned out SO PRETTY !!! I had to make small adjustments tho because i had to use a thinner acrylic yarn. My squares turned out so small with this pattern so i looked up a bigger version and it worked just the same when assembling! I made the strap 2 stitches wider too and those triangel things also a little wider! Those are good tips if you also struggle with the size when making it with thinner yarn yourself but i definetly recommend this cute pattern ❤️
@@alizeelaurent7033 Sorry for the late reply! I just used some from my local drugstore, like the random, cheap one! Its 2mm wide and costed like 1,50€. Obviously thinner than whats used in the video therefore the adjustments

you can slip stitch in the front loop of one granny square and the back loop of the second granny square to assemble all of them together with a flat bottom.
Thank you for the tutorial! However, i find it a bit annoying that you didn't point out how many meters/yards the yarn is, so i made it by guessing the yarn size. I used Alize cotton gold 100g/330m. The granny squares ended up being 7.5cm by 7.5cm. Overall easy to follow, it took me 14h from start to finish (counting only time when i was crocheting). Keep in mind i am not a beginner and i crochet average speed.
How did you make the six granny squares like that when you showed us bc when you were doing you stopped at two and I didnt understand how you made the hearts straight and not sideways(sorry if this doesn’t make sense)

Thank you😊 I used the Filmora video editor to edit this video tutorial. For short videos, I don't use any apps or filters. After taking a photo or video, I use the editing tools on the iPhone. Open a photo or video, tap Edit, then tap the buttons at the bottom of the screen to adjust the shadows, contrast, and Vibrancy.
Hi! I’m trying your pattern. When I try to put together the main part of the bag and the handle some bits look too loose but some bits look too thight, how can I solve this, do you have any ideas?
try and make sure your tension is the same all throughout and make sure you’re connecting them through the whole stitch, not just one thread of yarn! that should help :)
