Hi Liz. Its true. The summer heat in Europe is very different from the heat in Kenya. The European one gives me severe headache. I felt suffocated and having fuzzy head. Also My first encounter with migraines was during my first experience of summer in the UK.

Liz chop some fresh garlic in milk slighly boil it and drink it chewing on the garlic pieces and swallow, it's like an antibiotics and will take away any infection or soreness. The UK is only just getting warm which is unusual as its summer, we all having some weird weather all over the world, either too hot or raining and flooding. Hope you feel better soon.
