I love paintings in color, but also in black and white. I have drawn over 800 charcoal cats. I paint in realism style, but I love also so interesting paintings like your tiger. 😍
Today I have learnt something new that I was unaware of..mixing charcoal with acrylics..this is a game changer.. thankyou for sharing this...love the way in which you explain your methods👏
Just wanted to say thanks for all the info you two provide. You too share so much and useful information and you don't hold anything back as it seems a lot of artists in 2 guard there knowledge like they will lose something by sharing it. I'm selling fairly well as it is , but the things I learned from you has helped me make leaps and bounds forwards . This video inspired me to paint a white tiger myself but for the life of me I can't figure out how to add a picture lol. Cheers
I’m a new subscriber. I’ve been painting a lot recently and am interested in painting a realistic looking tiger. Your videos are very helpful. Thank you for sharing your tips. It is really appreciated
So glad I’ve found you. I’m working on my fur techniques. I’ve bought some waterbrush refillable pens, Daler Rowney Acrylic ink. 50/50 in the tube. I’m really struggling to get any sort of flow though, what could I be doing wrong? Thank you for any advice. 😊
I absolutely love your paintings! I am trying to do a swan duo with their necks in a heart and I am having so much trouble figuring out realistic swans! Any advice? Or could you do one?
I would say the best thing to do is focus on the lighting and colours rather than the actual feathers, I’ve got two videos showing my process for painting birds which might help: ua-cam.com/video/_wXgRHc2L9o/v-deo.html ua-cam.com/video/bcIjtdByVAQ/v-deo.html
Brilliant piece and such an informative video. You are so talented. May I ask if you need to fix the charcoal before proceeding with the acrylic? If so, is there a fixative you would recommend? Thank you.
I love your work. I am looking forward to learning from you through this medium as well as Patreon & the blog. Is this piece for sale? I’d like to discuss further if so.
Thank you very much! I hope you find my videos helpful! Yes this piece is available, if you send me a message on patreon or email dwilsonart@outlook.com I’ll send you the details for it 😁
@@StudioWildlife They're from Flymax. It's coming along great. I usually do Cartoons so I'm struggling with the 3D effect. Any tips in making the nose stand out more?
I was trying something new trying to make it more abstract with the tape but then decided I didn’t like it so ended up painting over it! It took me ages to fix it and get rid of the lines
Do you prefer painting in colour or in black and white?

What medim are you drawing on is it wood or paper love your work so inspiring 💗 ✨️
Thank you, this is on wood but the same could be achieved on canvas or on strong watercolour paper too

Thank you and yes I do, I use the Windsor and Newton general fixative

I'm doing a Tiger Wall Mural at home and I'm using Acrylic Pens for the Fur. I've spent £30 on them so far but they're worth it. That's Amazon for you
Which ones are you using? Hope the mural is coming along nicely!

@@StudioWildlife If you're on Facebook I'll post you the picture what I've done so far
So how do I get to ur deal to watch
😊
Looking at you
Did I miss something? Why did you tape off sections and then painted over them?
I was trying something new trying to make it more abstract with the tape but then decided I didn’t like it so ended up painting over it! It took me ages to fix it and get rid of the lines
