This is the video that actually introduced me to Rich Piana. Best motivational video of all time. I just finished a 12 day work week, took call 5 nights during it, operated every day until after midnight, and just got home ready to collapse. Watched this video, and now down to my basement dungeon gym to wreck it! Shoulder day MFs!!!! Lion time!!!!

BiodegradeableMan fair point! being that big Ur not a lion,a mma fighter is the true lion and u prob live 70 years,I'm happy being quite big and athletic with it,rather than be stupid big and get out ov breath walking up stairs, bodybuilders ain't lions,Fedor,Tyson,Silva and even lesner(who's big but can actually move,fight, athletic) are true lions, Don t get me wrong i respect huge bodybuilders and what they bring to the table but a lion is KING,which means physical domanance pro bodybuilders would get smashed up in a fight with the few ppl i listed!!

Living in fear is most bad thing for your life choice, I choose not living in fear, if i want to take some gear, i look only for good things that cycle will get for me, if you choose to live in fear like little mouse, that is not life, you can get kill every day on street without your mistake, so if you live on fear stay in home all your life, people who live in fear die in fear, i choose to be warrior, and live without fear, if i die tomorrow i die without fear, like other people in old age, they are scared zombies in bed waithing for death......

jup i dont really bodybuild. Its just weird to think that bodybuilding will make you so much happier and that it is worth to sacrifice more then half your life. I mean you could easily find a passion in something else and suddenly you live 80 years as a lion

Its the fact that you pursuing your dreams and live what you love. i prefer to live 30 years with a goal and a passion than live 70 years without any goal. I would never judge someone who dont like bodybuilding but remember: bodybuilding is a sport where you have to give all you got to reach your goals.
