dana 60s front and rear with costum driveshafts its a work in progress still doing research on the motor, transmission and transfer case when I do mine its all gonna be done at the same time
+dakota Poirier I Have a 6BT That I Wanted to Throw That in Initially But The Wheel Base is Waaaaaaay too Short for That.. You'll Barely Have any Room for a Rear Driveshaft With a 4BT... It's a Very Very Very Tight Fit.
How many weeks/months did it take to do and what adapters/other things did you need to be able to do this swap? I'm planning to do the same soon when I have enough money saved for a Jeep YJ & the money for the engine it's self. in a few months.
I had the Ford version of the 4bt so I had that flywheel and flywheel housing. I had to machine a clutch housing and do some work to the input shaft and clutch to make it work. The easier way is to get a Dodge flywheel housing and flywheel then get the nv4500 out of a Dodge. But if you need more details let me know.
+dakota Poirier It Works Pretty Well The Ratios are Good Enough for Street or off Road, But I Feel as Tho The Gap Between 3rd and 4th Gear is a Bitt Tall. . I Have an NP 205 Transfer Case Coupled to it so Yes It's Still 4wd :)
That answers my question... NP205. I'm fixing to swap a 4bt w NV4500 in to a 2015 JK and trying to figure out a good transfercase option. Mine is an MP241. Sent an email to advanced adapters. Just waiting on a reply.
+druno82 I Have actually Had to Relocate and Mount Everything on This Jeep. Because I didn't Use any Stock Components. It Was Quite a Bit of Work Over a Couple of Years But I Really Wanted it Here is a Picture of The Transfer Case. facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=803713956347688&set=a.647109895341429.1073741828.100001272731411&type=3&src=https%3A%2F%2Fscontent.fsnc1-1.fna.fbcdn.net%2Fhphotos-frc3%2Fv%2Ft1.0-9%2F10322660_803713956347688_7954573743135403699_n.jpg%3Foh%3D6ecd0321a8784910bd18318fafa07774%26oe%3D56F1A941&size=960%2C540

That's What I Have In Mine. :) But Like I Said It's Barly any Room for a Decent Rear Drive Shaft.
Jeep never dies no matter how old it is
I would like more info regarding the transmission mount and drive shaft
I Had a New Skid Plate Made for My Jeep and That Accepted The Transmission oem Mount.
And I Had New Drive Shafts Made for Front and Back
Sounds great man. Would love to be able to do this conversion on my JK someday. My only complaint is the lack of smoke haha
ok cool sounds good but ik I have decided to go with a 6bt ( 5.9l cumming) with a 6speed trans. its gonna be no time soon
