As a Bomber that loss was hard to take, but I have to say, it's been years since we've come back off the canvas to fight back against the swans in SCG games. Shame those crucial goals weren't shown in this video! Usually it's a hard uphill slog with woefully one-sided umpiring. This time around the umpiring was solid.
Props to Baguley for not flopping like Oliver. Parker only gets a $1000 fine (careless) while Schofield gets 2 weeks down to 1 (intentional) First Rance, now Oliver. AFL MRP have no intention of doing anything about staging.
Reece Eyre just waited too long till he bombed it out of there D: should have just launched it like Daniher down the wing and hoped and prayed. Atleast get it our of their fifty... always next time :(

The exact same scenario has been paid as holding the man about 50 times this year but if the clock has less than 2 minutes the umpires become to scared to make a call.
What a game, but i'm still questioning if that last kick was 15 meter's for the swans guy that marked the ball. I guess when ur looking from a TV it dose not look that far from the player.
From what I can tell, the footage at 07:47 shows where the ball was landing - basically on top of Naismith's head. He then tapped it behind him to Rampe (of what looks to be 2-3m or so) who in turn kicked it immediately and Rohan marked virtually right on the goal line. The Umpi has tossed it 15-20 metres. The goal square is 9m which means just by using my eye I can see the ball landed well outside of and diagonal (which increases the distance) to the square, about double the length of the square I'd say - certainly more than 6m. Then, by the curve of the field, you can see that if the umpi were in line with where Rohan marked it, it'd be more like 30-35m throw-in based on where it landed. I mean I'm just using my visual descernment, but I'm pretty sure it was more than 15m from Rampe to Rohan. About 30-35m I think.
