good eating size. it's nice you get some sun in the winter. michigan is cloudy about 90 percent of the time in winter. it gets old being dreary most of the time. i spent 10 years in oklahoma one march and april 50 years ago at fort sill. good luck with your fishing.

Belly meat on winter cats is worth processing. Taste like sweet scallops. Just get the inner membrane off of both sides.

Frozen waxworms are great, but wear some kind of eye protection using them.
