Is it always necessary to use "Had"in past.perfect tense with compulsory two past tenses.

I have learned English grammar from many teachers many times in my life😩. But I honestly don't understand any of that😟. But you realized how simple this was😆. The reason is that no matter how much I try to learn, I lose the basic knowledge of this😑. So thank you very much sir.🙏

It's all about a finished action but we wanna connect with the present.

When we do mention exact time of past we use simple past but without mention any time we use present perfect tense.
Means just about completed not about the exact time of occurring

Clear and concise presentation of the tenses! By the way, be careful because "everyday" spelled as one word is an adjective, so we should use "every day" spelled as two words as an adverb, as in the sentence "I learn grammar every day."
