How doctor puppet fits in the doctor who timeline:
Episodes 1 to 5: takes place after angels take manhattan and before the snowmen
Episodes 6 to 8: takes place after the snowmen and before the bells of St John.
Ha! I love the monster theme from the 60s era, plus Two playing the recorder to cheer Eleven up is so sweet! :D

Matt Smith based his Doctor on the 2nd Doctor
@@peterpowis4145 No, he didn't. Matt Smith never saw an episode of Doctor Who, when he got the part. Comparisons were made between him and Troughton because of the bow tie and Troughton became Matt Smith's favourite Doctor.
There were occasions when the Third Doctor wore a bow tie.
I simply lover the puppets of Willian Hartnell and Patric Troughton. I've said this before but still never cease to amaze me with the characters design and the story. I'm guessing that was the master who has been kidnapping the doctors. Keep up the awesome work.

That was fantastic! From what I understand, William Hartnell and Patrick Troughton had fantastic senses of humour. I think that they would be amazed at this!
Okay, I spent this entire episode wishing I could hug Eleven, aww-ing at adorable Two, and squealing at One. You captured their likenesses and even their personalities so perfectly and I can't wait to see what you do next!

I know it's been a long time but I just want to say I appreciate how the background music in this is a love letter to the soundtracks from that time, specifically the echoy trumpets in Tomb of the Cybermen.
I have been waiting so long for him to just grab on and go along.
Like a few others have mentioned, besides the puppets expressions and body language perfectly capturing the essences of Troughton and Hartnell, Scott's music was amazing, especially the little quotes from stuff like the March of the Cybermen from the Moonbase.
I grew up in the black and white era and this really brought back some great memories.
Can't wait for the finale of this series and for the other episodes to come.

You got the mannerisms of each doctor PERFECT
This is probably my favorite episode out of all of them. The end, particularly. When the Doctor has lost all hope, is alone, has no plan, he must go back to the beginning. That’s when Two came in, smiling and short, he helped the Doctor up. And that’s when Eleven truly started to smile, just before he watched Two get taken.
Then he meets One, the original, you might say. Eleven knew One would get taken when he put his hand on his shoulder, but did it anyway, whether by plan or by kindness. The two smiled together, it just was a great moment.
It really reminded Eleven of his origins, looking back at himself. I am really excited to see the finale of this fantastic series. I love the work you do, and all the hard work that comes with it. You deserve more appreciation for what you do, it takes a lot of time. Look forward to the future!

That was amazing. His hair was blowing in the wind. You got the expressions right for 1 and 2. And I said "Grab the telly, Doctor!" and he did! :) Can't wait to see how they all kick the Master's butt!

I just got back from school and saw the Indiegogo campaign video pop up on my subscriptions. I thought, "Hang on, does that mean..?"
Lo and behold! This video is here! I enjoyed it so very much, it's so wonderful to finally see One and Two.
I'm awaiting the final episodes with bated breath! I know it shall be fantastic.

Best Episode yet. Very powerful, and good call on no narration, the story carried itself. Troughton and Hartnell puppets, and their mannerisms, spot on. Loved the TV drop at the end of the titles, set it up nicely. Whole series a blazing success so far. As we say back here in Welsh Wales, Dda iawn, Ardderchog! (Well done, Excellent!), or in my area of Wales, "Dead tidy, like!"(Means the same). Awesome.

After such a long wait, I thought this episode was amazing! Always loved Doctor Puppet and it's a shame it'll be an end of an era when we get to episode 8. Can't wait though.
Episode 8 won't be the last Dr. Puppet, just the last of this story arc.

The shots of the reflection on the eyes!!!! Perfect animation. Eleven's expressions are so emotional. Wonderful writing (I can't wait to see how it continues) and a lovely sound track!
