Your gear mesh is too tight dude! Mod1 you should be doing two layers of office paper, running it through while applying pressure and quickly tightening your motor plate into position. Also don't be afraid to hit your inboard bearings with some 3 in 1 and grease your suspension hingepins. Blast the applied areas lightly with compressed air and your squeeking will be gone.
