Hi.. would you happen to have the video of Stereophonics singing 'Not up to you' from TITP 1999 ? It was shown on T in the park highlights on STV. Had it on VHS for years but all my old tapes were unfortunately thrown out.
@@drewzyboy Hi Drew, I probably do have it, but all my videotapes are boxed up, in a storage facility, in another town, right now, so I can't check. I keep a note of bands or items that people ask for and whenever I visit the storage place I do pull out tapes for transfer to digital, I only visit once every few months, so it might be a while before the song appears. Best thing to do is Subscribe and keep an eye on the video I release until yours pops up. Thanks for watching and commenting.🙂
@ScottishTeeVee have already subscribed. Enjoying the content.. thanks 👍🏻
@@drewzyboy Thanks Drew 🍻
99 was the first time i went to t in the park, was so much better in those years than what it became later
They should have stuck to good live rock bands
Great to finally see this again. I was in the middle of that rabble about 5 rows from the front ! Randomly bumped in to a mate from school during all the jumping about. He was just a wee guy, so I picked him up and launched him in to a crowd surf. He still talks about it to this day, when I see him.
Thanks for uploading. Lost my old tape of this, so it brought back a lot of good memories. I was at T in 98 & 99. If you've got any more videos from either of those years, it would be awesome to see.
Glad you found this and enjoyed it. I do have more from the 98 and 99 t in the park shows, many of which are already uploaded to this channel. Thanks for commenting
TITP was class in the 90s and early 00s, seen some top bands during that time, I'm sure the tickets were like £65 for the weekend too.
My 2nd TITP. Great gig this, back before they turned shite. played just before Blur I think.
Unfortunately I have only been to one T, wish I had gone to the early one, but it was still an incredible weekend. Balado 1997 fantastic, Paul Weller, I think I wet myself, Echobelly, Shed Seven, Kula Shaker, Ocean Color Scene, Texas, Reef, Dodgy, The Divine Comedy (brilliant). Reef got screwed by first a British Airways strike and a pretty shitty festival staff when they finally made it, had to play several songs with only bass drums and vocal, and still killed it. Long Live all who played, especially Reef :)
also just saying Bjorn Again was one of the highlights of that festival. One of the earliest and best tribute bands I have ever heard, what a treat!
@@thebloodyshambles Thanks for sharing your memories of the festival James, much appreciated.
@@ScottishTeeVee you're welcome. I have seen many legends live including Santana, Plant, Willie Nelson. Nothing yet compares to my T'na Park experience. Great to see Texas and Gun as well. Reef were my Jam at the time, top of the list.
this was brilliant . blur on after them headlining started brilliant with "tender" then went shite playing their breakup album ..
Was at this, back when TITP was class
Stuart cable RIP
love your work mate .....Do you have there set from Glastonbury 1998 ?
No I don't, sorry.
@@ScottishTeeVee I have a favour to ask I just received a copy of Hultsfred 2000 Festival Stereophonics who ever has done the recording has put the tape on hi fi and is creating that shocking Echo sound i was wondering if you had this performance ?
it's 2003 sorry not 2000 my mistake
@@VFAFOOTY I do have Hultsfred same quality or better than this T in the park show. I have 33mins from June 14th, the band were still at Hultsfred the following day, so they did another 11min acoustic set. Problem is that Swedish TV are tight on copyright, they have deleted a few of my videos over the last few months. Oddly, they appear to allow poor quality versions, but if a HD version is uploaded, then they block it. But I;ll give it a try.
@@ScottishTeeVee if you send it to my email i can send you something in return i only need the audio to be honest so i can fix my copy i would really appreciate it i have over 2000 vhs tapes myself so i can help you with anything i will add more :)
