Btw, Lily Zhang was the FIRST Olympic medalist for the US at the Youth Olympic Games in 2014. Then came Kanak's medal in 2018. Apologies for that. Lily's amazing too! I hope to share more of Lily's story with you at some point as well. 8>)
I don’t know if you realized, Neil deGrasse Tyson spoke in a recent podcast, which Olympic sport made the strongest impression on him. Almost embarrassed he told table tennis! I believe, huge part of the amazement was due to your Marvelous commentary. Keep it up!
@@ml-ei3nz do you have a link to neil talking about it?
@@clarksun99 ua-cam.com/video/uyyEgP1oNMk/v-deo.html at 9:35 . Ok i exaggerated a bit, cause the question is about requiring the best hand eye coordination. Still you see, he was very impressed. I really believe Adam has huge part in it. Table Tennis is for people who don’t play it, in my opinion, unintelligible unless you have a good commentary
can you go to Viet Nam .
Next adam vs xu xin ,start with 9-0.
Kanak is a name I will remember, even if spelled backwards.
Palindromic!
This name (word) in Hindi means Gold although in some dialects it's used for wheat as well. My daughter's name is Khanak which has entirely different meaning 🤣
big brainnnn

This might be one of the most entertaining matches Adam has ever featured in his youtube channel
I think that's because Kanak Jha has a very good sense of tabletennis humour, too :)
Absolutely without a doubt. It wasn't just entertaining because of Adam's trickory, but it was also amazing table tennis. I mean, Kanak showcased some astonishing touch and feel for the game. To out duel Adam in rollers, around the nets, no look shots, and even tried out snaking Adam's snake. Just amazing! Bright future indeed!
Yeah pure sports fun ...like watching the Harlem Globetrotters. 😀
I like Nikita's video more yo know Im sayin
If not THE most entertaining match ever!
Fun fact: when you search for "USA" on the ITTF World ranking, you will find the name of both Adam and Kanak :)
Adam is seriously good
Hello Coach, found you here :D
@@alfiannurhidayat7299 org indo?
What a showman Kanak is, this has to be my all time fav 'challenge a pro' videos from you. Thanks Adam!
I've never seen Adam so outclassed at the table. That was so entertaining to watch. What a stand-up guy and super fun match to watch.
Lin Yun ju played incredible against Adam as well
Then watch the second set...
guess you havent seen him playing vs Lin Gaoyuan... Wasnt even half as long i think...couldnt even keep up with him in the warm up
@@mortuc1 Kanak here is obviously trying to make it as entertaining as possible, Lin came to destroy him lol
@@arturtaniek7000 ??
The videos are getting better and better! Super entertaining!! Thanks Adam and Kanak!
It's amazing to watch two players that can hit the ball from these seemingly impossible angles. 👏
When you realise the opponent is not just great but also as entertaining as Adam 👍👍
true!
Exactly!!
So true, not like Anastasia...
@@JazzyJesterTechPing Because that's how kanak plays normally. He has no power to his shots just godlike feeling and placement. You can see his shots are just crazy blocks and changes of direction, with ridiculously good serve receives. That's how he plays.
@@overnightclassic2 Yeeea sure, with those no look shots and all, definitely was playing seriously.
Not only did Kanak win the Match, he also left nothing to be desired in the trickshot competition. Really fun to watch :D
This was *extremely* fun to watch, thank you both!
4:55 Hilarious editing, hahaha xD 10:30 I have never seen that before. Backhand around the left pole of the net followed by a forehand around the right pole of net. Crazy feel by Kanak!
He was basically able to do whatever he wanted.
Most impressive to me is his patience and control. Even with playing trick shots, I never felt he was struggling. Perfect read of the opponent and situation and following up with good foot work always standing in the right spot.
Well duh. It's like LeBron whooping a very good college player. What did you expect?
His patience! Adam is so slow for him,he can take his sweet time to hit every ball. That’s expected if you are close to semi pro. Anyone close who plays around 2000 rating already has a good touch and control and you are talking about a world ranked player. His controls playing against a semi pro shouldn’t surprise you. Unless, of course you don’t play at a very competitive level.
I said it's impressive, not that I'm surprised by it.
@@leonawroth2516 : it’s impressive but not surprising: 🤔. My point is, your comment sounds like you are not close to a semi pro TT player. Those skill sets are expected, especially when a world ranked player plays against a semi pro.
@@yaweli2968 "making or tending to make a marked impression : having the power to excite attention, awe, or admiration" English is my second language too, maybe you should Google a word if you feel you don't understand something.
its crazy the level difference of high level players...especially considering how good adam is already and Kanak is just leagues beyond. great upload!
What makes him “so much better”? Genuinely curiously, just stumbled upon this video
@@paddington2063 he won easily with an 8-0 handicap??
@@paddington2063 A lot of it has to do with athleticism for one. If you look at the top guys vs Adam you can see a huge muscle difference. Look at Jha's legs. You can see the fibers in every one of his muscles when he lunges. He looks like a pro athlete and it can not be understated what a difference that makes in power, speed, and accuracy.
@@gregortheoverlander4122 jin hua the world number 7 is as thin as a twig. What are u on about.
But I feel like it's WAY lower than in other sports. Imagine playing against Roger Federer with the same handicap. A guy at Adam's level wouldn't score a single point.
Adam, you bring much needed, unbridled charisma and playfulness to the world* of table tennis. You are much appreciated. Thank you! (*And I do mean WORLD, literally. Our little planet needs more like you, to keep from falling apart.)
So much delight, joy, and just great vibes. Casual and occasional player here, and yet there are life lessons in watching Adam’s videos, and especially this one. Way to go, Karnak and more videos please, Adam!
I’m always entertained by your videos, but this match is definitely one of my favorites. It was clear that both of you were having a blast, and the quantity/quality of trick shots is out of this world!
This is my favorite video from you Adam. Kanak seems like such a nice person and has terrific skills. Had me grinning all game long!
Very entertaining and I love the audio clips for comedic emphasis. Careless whisper when you went against the wall for the second time was hysterical
One of the funniest matches you've shown to date, and some exceptional control and shot making by you both. Well done amigo.
2:31 I learned that snake serve 2 weeks ago and here's what can I say:
That serve is OP it works on 90% of people and I guess that 10% is just me.
Adam thank you A LOT!!!
So fun to watch when you play against pros, Lin Jun-Ju was also amazing, doing all sorts of trick shots!
They both play with so much personality!
I loved the edits and the misdirection and humor in the shots.
Just discovered this, well done!
The editing is pure gold here. Nice work, Adam!
Dang there were so many amazing points and shots in these games! 🏓
I've loved following Kanak and Lily through their professional careers! It's been amazing to see them grow. Very inspiring.
I can't believe this vid has passed me by. It was an absolute pleasure to watch. Kanak may be the better player, but I love Adam's crazy shot-making abilities.
He's like the John Virgo of table tennis
awesome video, super funny and technique showcasing/describing ! thanks! a fan!
Love watching him in the German Bundesliga. He has performed really great recently!
Lewandowski 👍😂
No matter who the opponent is, Adam has his own style and it is very appealing to watch!
For a novice, this video is a great tool for breaking down how to hit both a fore-hand and back-hand. I've learned a lot trying to analyze the angle and stroke of the paddle as it contacts the ball. Thanx.
Kanak is playing the game of Adam's entertainment which brings smile on our faces. Thank to both.
Editing and overall quality of the videos have improved! Great video man!
Kanak was so good, I wanted to see more games to see his skill
and trick shots. Great game.
Hey Adam... I dont play ping pong but watch your videos because of the funny meme's and sounds... It just makes my day, thanks man.
I was so entertained such great plays and editing is on point !, Love it .
Talented! And he's just playing for the camera and having fun, imagine with deadly competition focus!
One of the most entertaining match videos you've ever made - brilliant fun, and well done to Kanak for helping make it so.
This is interesting for me to watch as a tennis player. I noticed Kanak will often let a high ball drop pretty far before he hits it in order to get a lower bounce on his shot or a different angle. In tennis, you’re really never supposed to take the ball lower than you need to. Great channel, Adam!
Simply amazing to watch. I'll remember this kid's name for sure. Truly impressed by his skill as well as his character. Best matchup I've seen of Adam's.
Love u Adam and your work❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻
You can tell he was having fun playing and not playing seriously to win. I loved that.
Well, maybe not 100%. But he didn't played to weak on purpose, I guess.
Yes Adam played with all his heart😂
yeah, when you look at the serves (the normal ones) are pretty basic. I guess he could have made several that adamn wouldnt return even with a lifes practice :D
This was my favorite game to watch on your channel Kanak is different his shot selections and how he executes them, the way he positions himself to make you think he is going one way and redirects the shot im a fan
I think Adam Bobrow is the best! Great vids, awesome commentary, and having spent time with him years ago, just an all around real guy!
Adam you played really good actually made some World class shots most people would not recognize.
You always bring a smile to my face.....great fun.You are a true TT ambassador.
beautiful play by both...i really liked how Janak also tried to play the spinny and touchy game
Hi Adam, really enjoyed watching your channel. I am a big table tennis fan, you are just awesome!!!!!
First time I watched the full video:
. His game is impressive: extremely smart in placing the ball, cocky in trying some trick shots
. Even when he was down 8-0, he was still attacking and trying to win points instead of playing safely and waiting for Adam to make a mistake.
Well done boy!
3:22 they see me rollin killed me!
When you get outclassed AND outtricked. This is one of your best videos. Great content!
Adam has such a great demeanor. It is a joy to watch him play
Thanks for another great video Adam. Nice to see we have a future in USA table tennis.
Your editing has changed, it's alot more smooth!
(I think it's safe to say you are the closest comparison to The Professor. Y'know, the And1 guy)
i loved watching this. great for a laugh and so great to see two people having a lot of fun on the camera. Thanks
Awesome fun to watch. Love the editing!
He's tricky :)
Wow, vegetable police on this page, that's funny..
Excited for what he achieves in his career!!
Great Respect for Adam. Kanak got serious with his play. Not 100% but didn't give away anything either. And there were lot's of really good rallies. And youre returns to his services were quite good, Adam. I think, I would not even bring 50% back on the table. And I played 10 years in a team (not that highclass)
love your Channel!!! I don't get tired of it!
When you tell yourself you'll just watch this one vid and end up spending the next couple of hours searching for more Table Tennis vids!
There's something so satisfying about two people competing, yet smiling and enjoying each other at the same time, good games!
Brilliant stuff! Thank you so much.
That was delightful, thanks! Kanak's reflexes are phenomenal!
Kanak have such amazing feeling and control of the ball. If he could perform with same level against another top level players - he is gonna go far.
I love the memes and edits in there. the whole match was very entertaining but the edits made it even better!
The look away shots by Kanak were amazing. As expected of a champ like him to have tricks up his sleeve
One of the most entertaining table tennis videos i watched ever...Best wishes kanak and adam
The spin that Adam puts on the ball is Evil. LOL!!!
Aaaahhh desearía jugar como ustedes!!
Son muy buenos uff
Lo malo, es que en mi ciudad no hay ningún sitio de entrenamiento para Ping Pong, así que entreno con mi amigo :c
Wow the editing was on point! very entertaining :D
Great match spotlighting the U.S. champion! I loved your in-game comments and cheered when you landed the underhand snake!
Kanak touch, no looks, fake shots and round the nets are very good, Kanak is insane
As an amateur player, this match would be the best for me to think about watching, moving, waiting, hitting and controlling those spinning balls.
Adam - you're sucha a positive human being! I love your videos!
love watching your videos. Quite entertaining 😊
I invested early too, as a fan! Kanak is one of my favorite players.
Can you name two players in the top 10 that Kanak beat in major international tournaments who weren't mentioned in this video?
Reply
1. Wong Chun ting
2. Quadri Aruna
Uhhh…no idea
Thank you Adam, really love to see wild and fun skill from the professional. If I may do some request, hope there is more replay angle. That's it.
PS: Video editing is getting great.
adam great video man. and great match
Hi Adam. I just wanted to say thanks to you :). I used to play ping pong back in highschool and then college. I was at the ping pong table at like 6am to play before class. Playing during lunch and staying late at night to play. It's been like 15 years now and then while browsing youtube I ended up on your channel and glad I did. It brought back so many memories that I decided to join my local ping pong club to start playing again! So kudos for what you do! cheers
Loved this. Kanak is a class act. Sometimes we forget how good the top guys really are. Adam, are you a better player now than you were when he beat you 10 years ago?
I love Jha, since he came to our Bundesliga (: He is a real Champion, the future belongs to him!
Yeah. I would doubt that.
Ausgezeichnet und L E C K E R
Humour and mutual respect. What a lovely and entertaining video! 🥰
This has to be the most entertaining game I have ever seen! BTW I just subscribed! ♥️♥️
Wow.....Kanak is fantastic, he truly turned into a pro. It`s just interesting to think about the fact that someone like him still gets outclassed by older players like Boll etc, which shows how amazingly good these players actually are. But I am pretty sure the day will come soon when Kanak will be a world top 10 player!
You know you're a boss when you're one of the best in the world at something, and yet your genuine & kind personality shines even BRIGHTER than your talent. He is the kind of person who gives me hope for humanity.
holy crap... this dude is a frickin machine. And Adam you played frickin amazing too!
Hi Adam, really enjoy your TT videos.
Many thanks and keep them coming 👍

wow it didnt expect such a fun match. thx kanak for making in so entertaining
Adam is very good, he can do points without smashing, his style of play is amazing to see!!!
He is more fluid, while Kanak is more stiff imo
@@Algojo All professional ping pong players play like Kanak, it's just the style and the way they have to train to be at the top. This is a sport built on good forms and quick reflexes. Adam's style is his own and purely for entertainment purposes, not built for competitions.
@@yihaw149 what if adam plays seriously he has such long range crazy sharp mind.
pleasure to watch, what a decent guy, playing with a smile on his face
Adam I really enjoy see you guys playing…. Amazing
Wow, he was just enjoying while adam was getting serious. ;D Thank you both for a great match!!
I didn't know ping-pong could be such a workout🤣
Wow. What a match. Kanak's style is so textbook in the way that his form and technique is near flawless, but yet he plays trickshots. Perfect read on Adam's spinny balls.
This was seriously and awesomely entertaining Adam. Subcribed!
