Honestly nothing else matters isn't so different in playing from pop and there is huge differences betwen this song and every other metallica tune

@@shockwaveblaster I have listed to the original and I do like it as well, but the band is rougher and not as melodious. There are many covers out there and I pretty much like them all. Many are instrumentals and all good! Great tune!

Metallica has been one of my fav bands since I was 14 and now at 38 I still love them. This is one of my fav songs, and you guys did a great job with it!!! The whole band is great, but Your voice is awesome, and I am sure you made James and the whole band proud! Keep rocking!!

I'm sneaking up on the back end of 65 years old in a few months and I got to see all the cool bands play live in my younger days, and you all will go very far with this precise and great rock & roll music! Beautiful! I think people underestimate how difficult this song is, especially with the vocals. You have to avoid using vibrato in the voice, otherwise it sounds cringy, and with such long notes it's difficult to pull off, but you've done it, well done! Voice is so pure, and it's brave for everyone to take on this song because it's so soft and uncluttered, you don't have the luxury of other instruments masking your mistakes. Seriously guys, well done!

@@marianna380 hey for someone who has to perform it, they kinda have to be this technical and in depth. Probably our suspect 134 here is a singer.
The song is easy. This was one of the first songs/solos I learned back in junior high. Difference is it had to be done by ear at that time and I had to play and sing at the same time. It’s an easy rhythm and by the numbers pentatonic. Great song, but not a difficult one.

I prefer the voice to have a little more texture/emotional growl at times, but that may not be her strength. Beautiful voice and a pleasure to watch

@Ishan Chatterjee I both agree and disagree. I admit it's ok to be open to whatever there's new. But it is not what makes every new iteration unique, not by itself anyway.
Music is some crazy mind storm like almost any other art branch. Every single touché matters in my opinion. Micro changes, delays, imperfections, when combined with a live soul transforming in between the players / artists and instruments, it causes the unique appeal. Just like, on a stage no two performances are the same. I think it comes down to, "always perfect everything is"... Thanks for reminding me this...
At the first listening, I was a bit dissapointed... because I wanted to feel the exact same thing what I felt when I had first listened to the original one back in '91 (I was like 8 or so). But after the second, 3rd, 4th etc. listening I realized that even though it can't replace the original feeling, it is something different... something else, which is so beautiful that left me out of words, just like the original did almost 30 years ago. An incredible work of art, a phenomenal interpretation of this song guys, keep on rocking, I love you all!!!!
