Man, your stuff is always spot on. Your production level is mint. Your content is gold. Really hoping you blow up and keep making vids for a while. Thanks
Let me add a whole new dimension to you grappling game in addition to what you summed up. What I found out in the last few years, at times, its, indeed, ot how many times or how long you train, its also, what move, what technique, what strategy become a major pivotale ah ah moment in your journey. Let me be more precise. I couldnt get out of side control for years, until this new instructor gave me one detail, this one move, that one technic and boom, my entire grappling game turned around and guys at the academy saw a transformed grappler in me. One of the best compliment I got from couple of em: its now nearly almost impossible to pin you or keep you down.
Couldnt agree more! I’m a 70kg 1 stripe blue belt but I give a hard time to many heavier and more seasoned blue belts (and some purple) just by training for strength (been with the beast mode for a month now) and taking 2-4 private classes a month.
Wow. Great video with good details. I tore my body up going 7 days a week and had to take time off a few times just to heal up. Thank you for the video!
Hey Kieren! I really do like your content. I have just one my local gym offers bjj only 2x a week. Is this not sufficient? I could drive further to another gym, but that's like 2x the commute time. What is your opinion here?
@KierenLefevre hmmm... like 35 minutes, but I am honestly thinking whether 2x a week wouldn't be actually good for me, as I had some injuries in the past, and more days for strenght and conditions could do me a favour... I am not willing to compete or anything
@@fergaldownes I have very little experience with grappling dummies admittedly. I think that their could be some merit however I resisting opponent is difficult to replicate

I can see myself in many mistakes you mentioned, haha. Wish I stumbled upon the channel earlier, value-packed. Thanks!
