MLF BFL with Roger Fitzpatrick Truman Lake June 2021

Truman Lake in Missouri is a cousin to Lake of the Ozarks but they fish a lot different. Very few docks on Truman and lots of standing timber! Truman Lake was a few feet high during this June MLF BFL and there was plenty of cover in the water for the bass to hide in. I drew Roger Fitzpatrick for the second time this year (the first time was at Lake of the Ozarks). Roger was coming off a solid finish at the MLF BFL All American on Douglas Lake in Tennessee. Gabe, that was a great net save! Roger really showed how keeping your head in the game can pay off, with the day he was having, to pull out an 17th place finish out of about 180 boats, he's the guy to learn from. Glad your 3 was able to advance you in the standings.

Nice job catching some behind Rodger! I never caught a fish in a green bush all day but ended up with 13lb 8oz and my co had 11 something. Hopefully you catch some and get in the regional I still have work todo after zeroing on the boater side in the first LOZ currently in 72nd in points.
